Exodus 15:11

Who is like You among the mighty, Hashem? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, awesome in praises, performing wonders?

This verse is recited in the conclusion of the bracha just before Shemoneh Esrei. The question is, of course, rhetorical. Onkelos therefore paraphrases this verse as, “There is no other aside from You; You are Hashem, G-d, there is no other power than you, glorious in holiness, awesome in praises, performing wonders.”
