This verse is cited in the first bracha preceding Shema. The Radak explains “mah rabu” (translated here as “how great”) in two different ways. First, it can mean “how plentiful,” indicating that G-d’s creations are numerous. Additionally, it can mean “how wonderful,” because G-d’s creations are most impressive. In our verse, it apparently means both of these things simultaneously.
