(ט) אַתֶּ֨ם נִצָּבִ֤ים הַיּוֹם֙ כֻּלְּכֶ֔ם לִפְנֵ֖י יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם רָאשֵׁיכֶ֣ם שִׁבְטֵיכֶ֗ם זִקְנֵיכֶם֙ וְשֹׁ֣טְרֵיכֶ֔ם כֹּ֖ל אִ֥ישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ (י) טַפְּכֶ֣ם נְשֵׁיכֶ֔ם וְגֵ֣רְךָ֔ אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּקֶ֣רֶב מַחֲנֶ֑יךָ מֵחֹטֵ֣ב עֵצֶ֔יךָ עַ֖ד שֹׁאֵ֥ב מֵימֶֽיךָ׃ (יא) לְעׇבְרְךָ֗ בִּבְרִ֛ית יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ וּבְאָלָת֑וֹ אֲשֶׁר֙ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ כֹּרֵ֥ת עִמְּךָ֖ הַיּֽוֹם׃
(ט) אַתּוּן קָיְמִין יוֹמָא דֵין כָּלְּכוֹן קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהֲכוֹן רֵישֵׁיכוֹן שִׁבְטֵיכוֹן סָבֵיכוֹן וְסָרְכֵיכוֹן כֹּל אֱנַשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל: (י) טַפְלְכוֹן נְשֵׁיכוֹן וְגִיּוֹרָךְ דִּי בְּגוֹ מַשְׁרִיתָיךְ מִלָּקֵט אָעָיךְ עַד מְלֵי מַיָּיךְ: (יא) לְאָעָלוּתָךְ בִּקְיָמָא דַייָ אֱלָהָךְ וּבְמוֹמָתֵיהּ דִּי יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ גְּזַר עִמָּךְ יוֹמָא דֵין:
9. You stand today – all of you – before Hashem your God: your leaders, your tribes,[1] your elders, and your officers – every man (of) Israel – 10. your infants, your wives, and your convert who is among your camp, from gatherer of your wood to filler of your water,[2] 11. to bring you[3] into Hashem your God’s covenant, and its oath,[4] which Hashem your forges with you today
