(ח) לֹֽא־תְתַעֵ֣ב אֲדֹמִ֔י כִּ֥י אָחִ֖יךָ ה֑וּא לֹא־תְתַעֵ֣ב מִצְרִ֔י כִּי־גֵ֖ר הָיִ֥יתָ בְאַרְצֽוֹ׃ (ט) בָּנִ֛ים אֲשֶׁר־יִוָּלְד֥וּ לָהֶ֖ם דּ֣וֹר שְׁלִישִׁ֑י יָבֹ֥א לָהֶ֖ם בִּקְהַ֥ל יְהֹוָֽה׃ {ס}
(ח) לָא תְרַחַק אֱדוֹמָאָה אֲרֵי אֲחוּךְ הוּא לָא תְרַחַק מִצְרָאָה אֲרֵי דַיָּר הֲוֵיתָא בְאַרְעֵיהּ: (ט) בְּנִין דִּי יִתְיְלִידוּ לְהוֹן דָּרָא תְלִיתָאָה יִדְכֵּי לְהוֹן לְמֵעַל בִּקְהָלָא דַיְיָ:
8. Do not distance[1] an Edomite, because he is your brother. Do not distance an Egyptian, because you were a traveler in his land. 9. Children that will be born to them – the third generation to them will be cleared to come into the community of Hashem.
(י) כִּֽי־תֵצֵ֥א מַחֲנֶ֖ה עַל־אֹיְבֶ֑יךָ וְנִ֨שְׁמַרְתָּ֔ מִכֹּ֖ל דָּבָ֥ר רָֽע׃ (יא) כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֤ה בְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹא־יִהְיֶ֥ה טָה֖וֹר מִקְּרֵה־לָ֑יְלָה וְיָצָא֙ אֶל־מִח֣וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה לֹ֥א יָבֹ֖א אֶל־תּ֥וֹךְ הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ (יב) וְהָיָ֥ה לִפְנֽוֹת־עֶ֖רֶב יִרְחַ֣ץ בַּמָּ֑יִם וּכְבֹ֣א הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ יָבֹ֖א אֶל־תּ֥וֹךְ הַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ (יג) וְיָד֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה לְךָ֔ מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְיָצָ֥אתָ שָּׁ֖מָּה חֽוּץ׃ (יד) וְיָתֵ֛ד תִּהְיֶ֥ה לְךָ֖ עַל־אֲזֵנֶ֑ךָ וְהָיָה֙ בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ֣ ח֔וּץ וְחָפַרְתָּ֣ה בָ֔הּ וְשַׁבְתָּ֖ וְכִסִּ֥יתָ אֶת־צֵאָתֶֽךָ׃ (טו) כִּי֩ יְהֹוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ מִתְהַלֵּ֣ךְ ׀ בְּקֶ֣רֶב מַחֲנֶ֗ךָ לְהַצִּֽילְךָ֙ וְלָתֵ֤ת אֹיְבֶ֙יךָ֙ לְפָנֶ֔יךָ וְהָיָ֥ה מַחֲנֶ֖יךָ קָד֑וֹשׁ וְלֹֽא־יִרְאֶ֤ה בְךָ֙ עֶרְוַ֣ת דָּבָ֔ר וְשָׁ֖ב מֵאַחֲרֶֽיךָ׃ {ס}
(י) אֲרֵי תִפּוֹק מַשְׁרִיתָא עַל בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבָךְ וְתִסְתַּמַּר מִכֹּל מִדַּעַם בִּישׁ: (יא) אֲרֵי יְהֵי בָךְ גְּבַר דִּי לָא יְהֵי דְכֵי מִקְּרֵה לֵילְיָא וְיִפּוֹק לְמִבָּרָא לְמַשְׁרִיתָא לָא יֵעוּל לְגוֹ מַשְׁרִיתָא: (יב) וִיהֵי לְמִפְנֵי רַמְשָׁא יַסְחֵי בְמַיָּא וּכְמֵעַל שִׁמְשָׁא יֵעוּל לְגוֹ מַשְׁרִיתָא: (יג) וַאֲתַר מְתַקָּן יְהֵי לָךְ מִבָּרָא לְמַשְׁרִיתָא וְתִפּוֹק תַּמָּן לְבָרָא: (יד) וְסִכְּתָא תְּהֵי לָךְ עַל זֵינָךְ וִיהֵי בְּמִתְבָךְ לְבָרָא וְתַחְפַּר בַּהּ וּתְתוּב וּתְכַסֵּי יָת מִפְּקָתָךְ: (טו) אֲרֵי יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ שְׁכִנְתֵּיהּ מְהַלְּכָא בְּגוֹ מַשְׁרִיתָךְ לְשֵׁזָבוּתָךְ וּלְמִמְסַר בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבָךְ קֳדָמָךְ וּתְהֵי מַשְׁרִיתָךְ קַדִּישָׁא וְלָא יִתְחֲזֵי בָךְ עֲבֵרַת פִּתְגָּם וִיתוּב מֵימְרֵיהּ מִלְּאוֹטָבָא לָךְ:
10. When (the) camp goes out against your enemies, you shall guard against every bad thing. 11. If there is among you a man who will not be pure from a nocturnal pollution,[2] he shall exit to outside the camp; he shall not come in to within the camp. 12. It will be, towards evening, he shall wash in water, and when the sun comes (down) he shall come to within the camp. 13. You shall have a designated place for you outside the camp (for use as a latrine), and you shall go outside (to relieve oneself). 14. You shall have a spike with your weapons. It shall be, in your sitting outside, you shall dig with it, and you shall return, and you shall cover your excrement, 15. because Hashem your God, His presence travels in the midst of your camp to save you and to deliver those who hate you[3] before you. Your camp shall be holy, and there shall not be seen[4] a sinful[5] thing in you and turn His word away from benefiting you.
(טז) לֹא־תַסְגִּ֥יר עֶ֖בֶד אֶל־אֲדֹנָ֑יו אֲשֶׁר־יִנָּצֵ֥ל אֵלֶ֖יךָ מֵעִ֥ם אֲדֹנָֽיו׃ (יז) עִמְּךָ֞ יֵשֵׁ֣ב בְּקִרְבְּךָ֗ בַּמָּק֧וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֛ר בְּאַחַ֥ד שְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ בַּטּ֣וֹב ל֑וֹ לֹ֖א תּוֹנֶֽנּוּ׃ {ס}
(טז) לָא תִמְסַר עֶבֶד עַמְמִין לְיַד רִבּוֹנֵיהּ דְּיִשְׁתֵּזֵב לְוָתָךְ מִלְּוָת רִבּוֹנֵיהּ: (יז) עִמָּךְ יִתֵּב בֵּינָךְ בְּאַתְרָא דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי בַּחֲדָא מִן קִרְוָיךְ בִּדְיֵיטַב לֵיהּ לָא תוֹנִנֵּיהּ:
16. Do not turn over to the hand of his master a slave of the nations who seeks refuge with you from his master.[6] 17. With you he shall dwell in your midst in the place that he shall favor in one of your cities – in where it will be good for him; do not oppress him.
(יח) לֹא־תִהְיֶ֥ה קְדֵשָׁ֖ה מִבְּנ֣וֹת יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֥ה קָדֵ֖שׁ מִבְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ (יט) לֹא־תָבִיא֩ אֶתְנַ֨ן זוֹנָ֜ה וּמְחִ֣יר כֶּ֗לֶב בֵּ֛ית יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ לְכׇל־נֶ֑דֶר כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ גַּם־שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃ {ס}
(יח) לָא תְהֵי אִתְּתָא מִבְּנַת יִשְׂרָאֵל לִגְבַר עָבֵד וְלָא יִסַּב גַּבְרָא מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִתְּתָא אָמָא: (יט) לָא תָעֵל אֲגַר זַנִּיתָא וְחוּלְפַן כַּלְבָּא לְבֵית מַקְדְּשָׁא דַּיְיָ אֱלָהָךְ לְכָל נִדְרָא אֲרֵי מְרָחָק קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ אַף תַּרְוֵיהוֹן:
18. A woman from the daughters of Israel shall not be (married) to a servant man, and a man from the sons of Israel shall not take a servant woman (as a wife).[7] 19. Do not bring the wages of a whore or the sale price of a dog (to) the Temple[8] of Hashem your God for any vow, because also both of them are disgusting before to Hashem your God.
(כ) לֹא־תַשִּׁ֣יךְ לְאָחִ֔יךָ נֶ֥שֶׁךְ כֶּ֖סֶף נֶ֣שֶׁךְ אֹ֑כֶל נֶ֕שֶׁךְ כׇּל־דָּבָ֖ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִשָּֽׁךְ׃ (כא) לַנׇּכְרִ֣י תַשִּׁ֔יךְ וּלְאָחִ֖יךָ לֹ֣א תַשִּׁ֑יךְ לְמַ֨עַן יְבָרֶכְךָ֜ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ בְּכֹל֙ מִשְׁלַ֣ח יָדֶ֔ךָ עַל־הָאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּ֥ה בָא־שָׁ֖מָּה לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ {ס}
(כ) לָא תְרַבֵּי לַאֲחוּךְ רִבִּית כְּסַף רִבִּית עִבוּר רִבִּית כָּל מִדַּעַם דְּמִתְרַבֵּי: (כא) לְבַר עַמְמִין תְּרַבֵּי וְלַאֲחוּךְ לָא תְרַבֵּי בְּדִיל דִּיבָרֵכִנָּךְ יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ בְּכֹל אוֹשָׁטוּת יְדָךְ עַל אַרְעָא דִּי אַתְּ עָלֵל לְתַמָּן לְמֵירְתַהּ:
20. Do not pay[9] interest to your brother: interest in money, interest of grain,[10] (or) interest of anything that for which interest can be paid.[11] 21. To a citizen of the nations[12] you shall pay interest and to your brother you shall not pay interest in order that Hashem your God will bless you in all the sendings of your hand on the land that you come in there to inherit.
(כב) כִּֽי־תִדֹּ֥ר נֶ֙דֶר֙ לַיהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ לֹ֥א תְאַחֵ֖ר לְשַׁלְּמ֑וֹ כִּֽי־דָרֹ֨שׁ יִדְרְשֶׁ֜נּוּ יְהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ מֵֽעִמָּ֔ךְ וְהָיָ֥ה בְךָ֖ חֵֽטְא׃ (כג) וְכִ֥י תֶחְדַּ֖ל לִנְדֹּ֑ר לֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֥ה בְךָ֖ חֵֽטְא׃ (כד) מוֹצָ֥א שְׂפָתֶ֖יךָ תִּשְׁמֹ֣ר וְעָשִׂ֑יתָ כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר נָדַ֜רְתָּ לַיהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ נְדָבָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבַּ֖רְתָּ בְּפִֽיךָ׃ {ס}
(כב) אֲרֵי תִדַּר נְדַר קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ לָא תְאַחַר לְשַׁלָּמוּתֵיהּ אֲרֵי מִתְבַּע יִתְבְּעִנֵּיהּ יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ מִנָּךְ וִיהֵי בָךְ חוֹבָא: (כג) וַאֲרֵי תִתִּמְנַע לְמִנְדַּר לָא יְהֵי בָךְ חוֹבָא: (כד) אַפָּקוּת סִפְוָתָךְ תִּטַּר וְתַעְבֵּד כְּמָא דִי נְדַרְתָּא קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ נְדַבְתָּא דִּי מַלֶּלְתָּא בְּפוּמָךְ:
22. When you make a vow before Hashem your God, do not delay to fulfill it, because Hashem your God will surely seek it from you, and it will be a sin in you. 23. And if you refrain from vowing, there will not be a sin in you. 24. What comes out from your lips you must be careful and perform as you have vowed before Hashem your God – the donation that you said with your mouth.
