(כב) עַשֵּׂ֣ר תְּעַשֵּׂ֔ר אֵ֖ת כׇּל־תְּבוּאַ֣ת זַרְעֶ֑ךָ הַיֹּצֵ֥א הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה שָׁנָ֥ה שָׁנָֽה׃ (כג) וְאָכַלְתָּ֞ לִפְנֵ֣י ׀ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ בַּמָּק֣וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַר֮ לְשַׁכֵּ֣ן שְׁמ֣וֹ שָׁם֒ מַעְשַׂ֤ר דְּגָֽנְךָ֙ תִּירֹֽשְׁךָ֣ וְיִצְהָרֶ֔ךָ וּבְכֹרֹ֥ת בְּקָרְךָ֖ וְצֹאנֶ֑ךָ לְמַ֣עַן תִּלְמַ֗ד לְיִרְאָ֛ה אֶת־יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כׇּל־הַיָּמִֽים׃ (כד) וְכִֽי־יִרְבֶּ֨ה מִמְּךָ֜ הַדֶּ֗רֶךְ כִּ֣י לֹ֣א תוּכַל֮ שְׂאֵתוֹ֒ כִּֽי־יִרְחַ֤ק מִמְּךָ֙ הַמָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֤ר יִבְחַר֙ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ לָשׂ֥וּם שְׁמ֖וֹ שָׁ֑ם כִּ֥י יְבָרֶכְךָ֖ יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ (כה) וְנָתַתָּ֖ה בַּכָּ֑סֶף וְצַרְתָּ֤ הַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ בְּיָ֣דְךָ֔ וְהָֽלַכְתָּ֙ אֶל־הַמָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִבְחַ֛ר יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ בּֽוֹ׃ (כו) וְנָתַתָּ֣ה הַכֶּ֡סֶף בְּכֹל֩ אֲשֶׁר־תְּאַוֶּ֨ה נַפְשְׁךָ֜ בַּבָּקָ֣ר וּבַצֹּ֗אן וּבַיַּ֙יִן֙ וּבַשֵּׁכָ֔ר וּבְכֹ֛ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר תִּֽשְׁאָלְךָ֖ נַפְשֶׁ֑ךָ וְאָכַ֣לְתָּ שָּׁ֗ם לִפְנֵי֙ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ וְשָׂמַחְתָּ֖ אַתָּ֥ה וּבֵיתֶֽךָ׃ (כז) וְהַלֵּוִ֥י אֲשֶׁר־בִּשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ לֹ֣א תַֽעַזְבֶ֑נּוּ כִּ֣י אֵ֥ין ל֛וֹ חֵ֥לֶק וְנַחֲלָ֖ה עִמָּֽךְ׃ {ס}
(כב) עַשְּׂרָא תְעַשֵּׂר יָת כָּל עֲלָלַת זַרְעָךְ דְּיִפּוֹק חַקְלָא שַׁתָּא בְשַׁתָּא: (כג) וְתֵיכוּל קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ בְּאַתְרָא דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי לְאַשְׁרָאָה שְׁכִנְתֵּיהּ תַּמָּן מַעְשַׂר עִבוּרָךְ חַמְרָךְ וּמִשְׁחָךְ וּבְכוֹרֵי תוֹרָךְ וְעָנָךְ בְּדִיל דְּתֵילַף לְמִדְחַל קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ כָּל יוֹמַיָּא: (כד) וַאֲרֵי יִסְגֵּי מִנָּךְ אָרְחָא אֲרֵי לָא תִכּוּל לְמִטְּלֵיהּ אֲרֵי יִתְרָחַק מִנָּךְ אַתְרָא דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ לְאַשְׁרָאָה שְׁכִנְתֵּיהּ תַּמָּן אֲרֵי יְבָרֵכִנָּךְ יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ: (כה) וְתִתֵּן בְּכַסְפָּא וּתְצוּר כַּסְפָּא בִּידָךְ וּתְהַךְ לְאַתְרָא דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ בֵּיהּ: (כו) וְתִתֵּן כַּסְפָּא בְּכֹל דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי נַפְשָׁךְ בְּתוֹרֵי וּבְעָנָא וּבַחֲמַר חֲדַת וְעַתִּיק וּבְכֹל דִּי תִשְׁאֲלִנָּךְ נַפְשָׁךְ וְתֵיכוּל תַּמָּן קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ וְתֶחֱדֵי אַתְּ וֶאֱנַשׁ בֵּיתָךְ: (כז) וְלֵוָאָה דִי בְקִרְוָיךְ לָא תִשְׁבְּקִנֵּיהּ אֲרֵי לֵית לֵיהּ חֳלָק וְאַחֲסָנָא עִמָּךְ:
22. You shall surely tithe all the produce of your seed that the field brings forth, year (by) year. 23. You shall eat the tithe of your grain, your wine and your oil, and the first-born of your cattle and your sheep, before Hashem your God in the place that He will favor to cause His presence to dwell there, in order that you will learn to revere before Hashem your God all the days. 24. And if the way will be too great from you, that you are not able to carry it because the place that Hashem your God will favor to cause His presence to dwell there will be far from you (and) because Hashem your God has blessed you, 25. you shall give it in money. Wrap the money in your hand and bring it to the place that Hashem your God will favor, 26. and give the money for all that your soul desires – on cattle, and on sheep, and on wine – new and aged[1] – and on everything that your soul will request of you. You shall eat there before Hashem your God, and you shall rejoice – you and the members of your household. 27. And do not neglect the Levite who is in your cities, because he doesn’t have a portion and an inheritance with you.
(כח) מִקְצֵ֣ה ׀ שָׁלֹ֣שׁ שָׁנִ֗ים תּוֹצִיא֙ אֶת־כׇּל־מַעְשַׂר֙ תְּבוּאָ֣תְךָ֔ בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה הַהִ֑וא וְהִנַּחְתָּ֖ בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃ (כט) וּבָ֣א הַלֵּוִ֡י כִּ֣י אֵֽין־לוֹ֩ חֵ֨לֶק וְנַחֲלָ֜ה עִמָּ֗ךְ וְ֠הַגֵּ֠ר וְהַיָּת֤וֹם וְהָֽאַלְמָנָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּשְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ וְאָכְל֖וּ וְשָׂבֵ֑עוּ לְמַ֤עַן יְבָרֶכְךָ֙ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ בְּכׇל־מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה יָדְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּעֲשֶֽׂה׃ {ס}
(כח) מִסּוֹף תְּלַת שְׁנִין תַּפֵּק יָת כָּל מַעְשַׂר עֲלַלְתָּךְ בְּשַׁתָּא הַהִיא וְתַצְנַע בְּקִרְוָיךְ: (כט) וְיֵיתֵי לֵוָאָה אֲרֵי לֵית לֵיהּ חֳלָק וְאַחֲסָנָא עִמָּךְ וְגִיּוֹרָא וְיִתַּמָּא וְאַרְמְלָא דִּי בְקִרְוָיךְ וְיֵיכְלוּן וְיִשְׂבְּעוּן בְּדִיל דִּי יְבָרֵכִנָּךְ יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ בְּכָל עוֹבָדֵי יְדָךְ דִּי תַעְבֵּד:
28. At the end of three years you shall take out all the tithe of your produce in that year and store it in your cities. 29. And the Levite will come, because he doesn’t have a portion and an inheritance with you, and the convert,[2] and the orphan, and the widow who is in your cities. They shall eat and they shall be satisfied, in order that Hashem your God will bless you in all the work of your hand that you shall do.
