Zevachim 8:8-9

Zevachim 8:8

If the blood of unblemished sacrifices got mixed with the blood of blemished sacrifices, it must be poured down the drain in the Temple courtyard. If a cup of blood got mixed up with other cups of blood, Rabbi Eliezer says that if the kohein already offered one cup, he should offer all the cups. The Sages say that even if all the cups were offered except for one, that one must still be poured down the drain.

Zevachim 8:9

Rabbi Eliezer says that if blood that is to be sprinkled below the line on the altar got mixed with blood that is to be sprinkled above the line, he must sprinkle above the line. He considers the blood that should have been sprinkled below but that was sprinkled above like water, so he must then sprinkle below the line. The Sages say that the mixture must be poured down the drain. If the kohein didn’t ask and sprinkled the mixture, it is valid after the fact (b’dieved).
