Chapter 28
(א) וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ (ב) צַ֚ו אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ אֲלֵהֶ֑ם אֶת־קׇרְבָּנִ֨י לַחְמִ֜י לְאִשַּׁ֗י רֵ֚יחַ נִֽיחֹחִ֔י תִּשְׁמְר֕וּ לְהַקְרִ֥יב לִ֖י בְּמוֹעֲדֽוֹ׃ (ג) וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ לָהֶ֔ם זֶ֚ה הָֽאִשֶּׁ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּקְרִ֖יבוּ לַיהֹוָ֑ה כְּבָשִׂ֨ים בְּנֵֽי־שָׁנָ֧ה תְמִימִ֛ם שְׁנַ֥יִם לַיּ֖וֹם עֹלָ֥ה תָמִֽיד׃ (ד) אֶת־הַכֶּ֥בֶשׂ אֶחָ֖ד תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה בַבֹּ֑קֶר וְאֵת֙ הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בֵּ֥ין הָֽעַרְבָּֽיִם׃ (ה) וַעֲשִׂירִ֧ית הָאֵיפָ֛ה סֹ֖לֶת לְמִנְחָ֑ה בְּלוּלָ֛ה בְּשֶׁ֥מֶן כָּתִ֖ית רְבִיעִ֥ת הַהִֽין׃ (ו) עֹלַ֖ת תָּמִ֑יד הָעֲשֻׂיָה֙ בְּהַ֣ר סִינַ֔י לְרֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ (ז) וְנִסְכּוֹ֙ רְבִיעִ֣ת הַהִ֔ין לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד בַּקֹּ֗דֶשׁ הַסֵּ֛ךְ נֶ֥סֶךְ שֵׁכָ֖ר לַיהֹוָֽה׃ (ח) וְאֵת֙ הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה בֵּ֣ין הָֽעַרְבָּ֑יִם כְּמִנְחַ֨ת הַבֹּ֤קֶר וּכְנִסְכּוֹ֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
(א) וּמַלִּיל יְיָ עִם משֶׁה לְמֵימָר: (ב) פַּקֵּד יָת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְתֵימַר לְהוֹן יָת קוּרְבָּנִי לְחֵם סִדּוּר לְקוּרְבָּנִי לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְרַעֲוָא תִּטְּרוּן לְקָרָבָא קֳדָמַי בְּזִמְנֵיהּ: (ג) וְתֵימַר לְהוֹן דֵּין קוּרְבָּנָא דִּי תְקָרְבוּן קֳדָם יְיָ אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁלְמִין תְּרֵין לְיוֹמָא עֲלָתָא תְדִירָא: (ד) יָת אִמְּרָא חַד תַּעֲבֵּד בְּצַפְרָא וְיָת אִמְּרָא תִנְיָנָא תַּעֲבֵּד בֵּין שִׁמְשַׁיָּא: (ה) וְחַד מִן עַשְׂרָא בִּתְלַת סְאִין סוּלְתָּא לְמִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִּמְשַׁח כְּתִישָׁא רַבְעוּת הִינָא: (ו) עֲלָתָא תְּדִירָא דְאִתְעֲבִידָא בְּטוּרָא דְסִינַי לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְרַעֲוָא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ: (ז) וְנִסְכֵּיהּ רַבְעוּת הִינָא לְאִמְּרָא חַד בְּקוּדְשָׁא יִתְנַסַּךְ נִסּוּךְ דַּחֲמַר עַתִּיק קֳדָם יְיָ: (ח) וְיָת אִמְּרָא תִנְיָנָא תַּעְבֵּד בֵּין שִׁמְשַׁיָּא כְּמִנְחַת צַפְרָא וּכְנִסְכֵּיהּ תַּעְבֵּד קֻרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבַּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ:
1. Hashem spoke with Moshe, saying: 2. Command the children of Israel and say to them: My offering, My bread that is arranged for My offerings,[1] to be accepted with favor,[2] you shall be careful to offer before Me at its appointed time. 3. Say to them: This is the offering that you shall offer before Hashem: unblemished yearling lambs – two per day (as) a continual burnt offering. 4. One lamb you shall make in the morning, and the second lamb you shall make in the evening. 5. And one-tenth of three seah[3] of fine flour as a flour offering, that is mixed with a quarter-hin of beaten oil. 6. The continual burnt offering that was made at Mount Sinai to be accepted with favor, an offering before Hashem. 7. And its libation: a quarter-hin for each[4] lamb, it shall be poured on the holy as a libation of aged wine[5] before Hashem. 8. The second lamb you shall make at twilight; you shall make like the flour offering of the morning and like its libation – an offering to be accepted with favor before Hashem.
(ט) וּבְיוֹם֙ הַשַּׁבָּ֔ת שְׁנֵֽי־כְבָשִׂ֥ים בְּנֵֽי־שָׁנָ֖ה תְּמִימִ֑ם וּשְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֧לֶת מִנְחָ֛ה בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן וְנִסְכּֽוֹ׃ (י) עֹלַ֥ת שַׁבַּ֖ת בְּשַׁבַּתּ֑וֹ עַל־עֹלַ֥ת הַתָּמִ֖יד וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ {פ}
(ט) וּבְיוֹמָא דְּשַׁבְּתָא תְּרֵין אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁלְמִין וּתְרֵין עִשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא דְמִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח וְנִסְכֵּיהּ: (י) עֲלַת שַׁבְּתָא דְּתִתְעֲבֵד בְּשַׁבַּתָּא עַל עֲלָתָא תְדִירָא וְנִסְכַּהּ:
9. On the Sabbath day, two unblemished yearling lambs and two-tenths (of an ephah) of fine flour (as) a flour offering that is mixed with oil, and its libation, 10. a Sabbath burnt offering that is to be made on Sabbath, aside from the continual burnt offering and its libation.
(יא) וּבְרָאשֵׁי֙ חׇדְשֵׁיכֶ֔ם תַּקְרִ֥יבוּ עֹלָ֖ה לַיהֹוָ֑ה פָּרִ֨ים בְּנֵֽי־בָקָ֤ר שְׁנַ֙יִם֙ וְאַ֣יִל אֶחָ֔ד כְּבָשִׂ֧ים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָ֛ה שִׁבְעָ֖ה תְּמִימִֽם׃ (יב) וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לַפָּ֖ר הָאֶחָ֑ד וּשְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לָאַ֖יִל הָֽאֶחָֽד׃ (יג) וְעִשָּׂרֹ֣ן עִשָּׂר֗וֹן סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשֶּׁ֔מֶן לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ הָאֶחָ֑ד עֹלָה֙ רֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַיהֹוָֽה׃ (יד) וְנִסְכֵּיהֶ֗ם חֲצִ֣י הַהִין֩ יִהְיֶ֨ה לַפָּ֜ר וּשְׁלִישִׁ֧ת הַהִ֣ין לָאַ֗יִל וּרְבִיעִ֥ת הַהִ֛ין לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ יָ֑יִן זֹ֣את עֹלַ֥ת חֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ בְּחׇדְשׁ֔וֹ לְחׇדְשֵׁ֖י הַשָּׁנָֽה׃ (טו) וּשְׂעִ֨יר עִזִּ֥ים אֶחָ֛ד לְחַטָּ֖את לַיהֹוָ֑ה עַל־עֹלַ֧ת הַתָּמִ֛יד יֵעָשֶׂ֖ה וְנִסְכּֽוֹ׃ {ס}
(יא) וּבְרֵישֵׁי יַרְחֵיכוֹן תְּקַרְבוּן עֲלָתָא קֳדָם יְיָ תּוֹרִין בְּנֵי תוֹרֵי תְּרֵין וּדְכַר חַד אִמְּרִין בְּנֵי שְׁנָא שַׁבְעָא שַׁלְמִין: (יב) וּתְלָתָא עִשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְתוֹרָא חַד וּתְרֵין עִשְׂרוֹנִין סוּלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְדִכְרָא חָד: (יג) וְעִשְׂרוֹנָא עִשְׂרוֹנָא סֻלְתָּא מִנְחָתָא דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח לְאִמְּרָא חַד עֲלָתָא לְאִתְקַבָּלָא בְרַעֲוָא קוּרְבָּנָא קֳדָם יְיָ: (יד) וְנִסְכֵּיהוֹן פַּלְגּוּת הִינָא יְהֵי לְתוֹרָא וְתַלְתּוּת הִינָא לְדִכְרָא וְרַבְעוּת הִינָא לְאִמְּרָא חַמְרָא דָּא עֲלַת רֵישׁ יַרְחָא בְּאִתְחַדָּתוּתֵיהּ כֵּן לְכָל רֵישֵׁי יַרְחֵי שַׁתָּא: (טו) וּצְפִיר בַּר עִזֵּי חַד לְחַטָּאתָא קֳדָם יְיָ עַל עֲלָתָא תְדִירָא יִתְעֲבֵד וְנִסְכֵּיהּ:
11. On your new moons[6] you shall offer a burnt offering before Hashem: two young bulls, one ram (and) seven yearling lambs, (all) unblemished. 12. And three-tenths (of an ephah) of fine flour (as) a flour offering, that is mixed with oil, for each bull; and two-tenths (of an ephah) of fine flour (as) a flour offering, that is mixed with oil, for each ram. 13. A tenth (of an ephah) of fine flour (as) a flour offering, that is mixed with oil, for each lamb: a burnt offering to be accepted with favor, an offering before Hashem. 14. And their libations: half a hin shall be for a bull, a third of a hin for a ram, and a quarter-hin for a lamb – wine. This is the burnt offering of the new moon upon its renewal, so for all the new moons of the year.[7] 15. And one young goat as a sin offering before Hashem shall be made aside from the continual burnt offering and its libation.
