2,904. The Hair of Shaving for Impurity

Hilchos Nezirus 6:14

When a nazir shaves for impurity, he need not do so at the entrance to the Temple, nor must he throw his hair on the fire. Regardless of whether he shaves inside or outside the Temple, one may not derive benefit from the hair, which must be buried. If it was burned, then one may not benefit from its ashes, the same as is the case with the ashes of anything that must be buried. If he shaves in the Temple and throws the hair under the pot containing his guilt offering, he still fulfills his obligation (after the fact).

Hilchos Nezirus 6:15

If a nazir is rendered unclean with corpse impurity multiple times, whether he was warned each time or not, he only brings one set of sacrifices for all of his impurifications. This is the case when he’s rendered unclean again before bringing his offerings for the first impurification. Rather, he delayed doing so for several days after being purified and was rendered unclean again in the interim. In this scenario, he only brings one set of offerings. However, if he was rendered unclean, was purified, brought his sin offering, and was then rendered unclean again, then he must bring another set of offerings. This is so even though he didn’t yet bring his guilt offering or burnt offering.
