(ח) וְכִֽי־תַעֲשֶׂ֥ה בֶן־בָּקָ֖ר עֹלָ֣ה אוֹ־זָ֑בַח לְפַלֵּא־נֶ֥דֶר אֽוֹ־שְׁלָמִ֖ים לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ (ט) וְהִקְרִ֤יב עַל־בֶּן־הַבָּקָר֙ מִנְחָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים בָּל֥וּל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן חֲצִ֥י הַהִֽין׃ (י) וְיַ֛יִן תַּקְרִ֥יב לַנֶּ֖סֶךְ חֲצִ֣י הַהִ֑ין אִשֵּׁ֥ה רֵֽיחַ־נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה׃ (יא) כָּ֣כָה יֵעָשֶׂ֗ה לַשּׁוֹר֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ד א֖וֹ לָאַ֣יִל הָאֶחָ֑ד אֽוֹ־לַשֶּׂ֥ה בַכְּבָשִׂ֖ים א֥וֹ בָעִזִּֽים׃ (יב) כַּמִּסְפָּ֖ר אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּעֲשׂ֑וּ כָּ֛כָה תַּעֲשׂ֥וּ לָאֶחָ֖ד כְּמִסְפָּרָֽם׃ (יג) כׇּל־הָאֶזְרָ֥ח יַעֲשֶׂה־כָּ֖כָה אֶת־אֵ֑לֶּה לְהַקְרִ֛יב אִשֵּׁ֥ה רֵֽיחַ־נִיחֹ֖חַ לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ (יד) וְכִֽי־יָגוּר֩ אִתְּכֶ֨ם גֵּ֜ר א֤וֹ אֲשֶׁר־בְּתֽוֹכְכֶם֙ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם וְעָשָׂ֛ה אִשֵּׁ֥ה רֵֽיחַ־נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּעֲשׂ֖וּ כֵּ֥ן יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃ (טו) הַקָּהָ֕ל חֻקָּ֥ה אַחַ֛ת לָכֶ֖ם וְלַגֵּ֣ר הַגָּ֑ר חֻקַּ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם כָּכֶ֛ם כַּגֵּ֥ר יִהְיֶ֖ה לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ (טז) תּוֹרָ֥ה אַחַ֛ת וּמִשְׁפָּ֥ט אֶחָ֖ד יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם וְלַגֵּ֖ר הַגָּ֥ר אִתְּכֶֽם׃ {פ}
(ח) וַאֲרֵי תַעְבֵּד בַּר תּוֹרֵי עֲלָתָא אוֹ נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא לְפָרָשָׁא נִדְרָא אוֹ נִכְסַת קוּדְשַׁיָּא קֳדָם יְיָ: (ט) וִיקָרֵב עַל בַּר תּוֹרֵי מִנְחָתָא סֻלְתָּא תְּלָתָא עַשְׂרוֹנִין דְּפִילָא בִמְשַׁח פַּלְגוּת הִינָא: (י) וְחַמְרָא תְּקָרֵב לְנִסְכָּא פַּלְגוּת הִינָא קֻרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבֵּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ: (יא) כְּדֵין יִתְעֲבֵד לְתוֹרָא חַד אוֹ לְדִכְרָא חָד אוֹ לְאִמַּר בְּאִמְּרַיָּא אוֹ בְעִזַּיָּא: (יב) כְּמִנְיָן דִּי תַעְבְּדוּן כְּדֵין תַּעְבְּדוּן לְחַד כְּמִנְיַנְהוֹן: (יג) כָּל יַצִּיבָא יַעְבֵּד כְּדֵין יָת אִלֵּין לְקָרָבָא קֻרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבֵּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ: (יד) וַאֲרֵי יִתְגַּיַּר עִמְּכוֹן גִּיּוֹרָא אוֹ דִי בֵינֵיכוֹן לְדָרֵיכוֹן וְיַעְבֵּד קֻרְבַּן דְּמִתְקַבֵּל בַּרַעֲוָא קֳדָם יְיָ כְּמָא דִי תַעְבְּדוּן כֵּן יַעְבֵּד: (טו) קְהָלָא קְיָמָא חַד לְכוֹן וּלְגִיּוֹרָא דְיִתְגַּיָּר קְיַם עָלָם לְדָרֵיכוֹן כְּוָתְכוֹן כְּגִיּוֹרָא יְהֵי קֳדָם יְיָ: (טז) אוֹרַיְתָא חֲדָא וְדִינָא חַד יְהֵי לְכוֹן וּלְגִיּוֹרָא דְּיִתְגַּיַּר עִמְּכוֹן:
8. And if you make a young bull as a burnt offering or a holiness sacrifice, for a verbal vow or as a holiness sacrifice before Hashem, 9. he shall offer with[1] the young bull a flour offering of three-tenths (of an ephah) of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil, 10. and you shall offer wine for a libation – half a hin – an offering to be accepted with favor before Hashem. 11. So shall be done for each ox or for each ram,[2] or for a lamb of sheep or goats; 12. according to the number that you make, so shall you do for each according to their number. 13. Everyone native-born shall do these (things) thus, to offer an offering to be accepted with favor before Hashem. 14. And if a convert will convert[3] with you, or whoever is among you throughout your generations, and he makes an offering to be accepted with favor before Hashem, as you make (it), so shall he make (it). 15. The community: there shall be one law for you and for the convert who converts. It shall be an eternal statute for your generations: like you, like the convert it shall be before Hashem; 16. There shall be one law[4] and one judgment for you and for the convert who converts with you.
