Terumah - R'vi'i

Beam Me Up!

The beams of the Mishkan were to be made of acacia wood, 10 cubits long. Each beam would have two square pegs at the bottom, to place into corresponding holes. The beams were to be covered in gold and gold rings would hold crossbars in place. There would be five crossbars on each of three sides; the center crossbar would go through the middle of the beams.
