Chapter 5
(א) וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ (ב) צַ֚ו אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וִֽישַׁלְּחוּ֙ מִן־הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה כׇּל־צָר֖וּעַ וְכׇל־זָ֑ב וְכֹ֖ל טָמֵ֥א לָנָֽפֶשׁ׃ (ג) מִזָּכָ֤ר עַד־נְקֵבָה֙ תְּשַׁלֵּ֔חוּ אֶל־מִח֥וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה תְּשַׁלְּח֑וּם וְלֹ֤א יְטַמְּאוּ֙ אֶת־מַ֣חֲנֵיהֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲנִ֖י שֹׁכֵ֥ן בְּתוֹכָֽם׃ (ד) וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־כֵן֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיְשַׁלְּח֣וּ אוֹתָ֔ם אֶל־מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֤ר יְהֹוָה֙ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה כֵּ֥ן עָשׂ֖וּ בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ {פ}
(א) וּמַלִּיל יְיָ עִם משֶׁה לְמֵימָר: (ב) פַּקֵּיד יָת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וִישַׁלְּחוּן מִן מַשְׁרִיתָא כָּל דִּסְגִיר וְכָל דְּדָאֵב וְכֹל דִּמְסָאָב לִטְמֵי נַפְשָׁא דֶאֱנָשָׁא: (ג) מִדְּכַר עַד נוּקְבָא תְּשַׁלְּחוּן לְמִבָּרָא לְמַשְׁרִיתָא תְּשַׁלְּחֻנּוּן וְלָא יְסַאֲבוּן יָת מַשְׁרִיתְהוֹן דִּי שְׁכִנְתִּי שָׁרְיָא בֵינֵיהוֹן: (ד) וַעֲבָדוּ כֵן בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְשַׁלְּחוּ יָתְהוֹן לְמִבָּרָא לְמַשְׁרִיתָא כְּמָא דִּי מַלִּיל יְיָ עִם משֶׁה כֵּן עֲבָדוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל:
1. Hashem spoke with Moshe, saying: 2. Command the children of Israel and send out from the camp every (person) with tzaraas, and every (person) who had a discharge, and every (person) impurified by the bones of a human soul. 3. From male to female, you shall send out; send them to outside the camp and they will not impurify their camp in which My presence dwells[1] among them. 4. The children of Israel did so; they sent them to outside the camp. As Hashem had spoken to Moshe, so the children of Israel did.
(ה) וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ (ו) דַּבֵּר֮ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ אִ֣ישׁ אֽוֹ־אִשָּׁ֗ה כִּ֤י יַעֲשׂוּ֙ מִכׇּל־חַטֹּ֣את הָֽאָדָ֔ם לִמְעֹ֥ל מַ֖עַל בַּיהֹוָ֑ה וְאָֽשְׁמָ֖ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִֽוא׃ (ז) וְהִתְוַדּ֗וּ אֶֽת־חַטָּאתָם֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשׂוּ֒ וְהֵשִׁ֤יב אֶת־אֲשָׁמוֹ֙ בְּרֹאשׁ֔וֹ וַחֲמִישִׁת֖וֹ יֹסֵ֣ף עָלָ֑יו וְנָתַ֕ן לַאֲשֶׁ֖ר אָשַׁ֥ם לֽוֹ׃ (ח) וְאִם־אֵ֨ין לָאִ֜ישׁ גֹּאֵ֗ל לְהָשִׁ֤יב הָאָשָׁם֙ אֵלָ֔יו הָאָשָׁ֛ם הַמּוּשָׁ֥ב לַיהֹוָ֖ה לַכֹּהֵ֑ן מִלְּבַ֗ד אֵ֚יל הַכִּפֻּרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר יְכַפֶּר־בּ֖וֹ עָלָֽיו׃ (ט) וְכׇל־תְּרוּמָ֞ה לְכׇל־קׇדְשֵׁ֧י בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֲשֶׁר־יַקְרִ֥יבוּ לַכֹּהֵ֖ן ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃ (י) וְאִ֥ישׁ אֶת־קֳדָשָׁ֖יו ל֣וֹ יִהְי֑וּ אִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִתֵּ֥ן לַכֹּהֵ֖ן ל֥וֹ יִהְיֶֽה׃ {פ}
(ה) וּמַלִּיל יְיָ עִם משֶׁה לְמֵימָר: (ו) מַלֵּל עִם בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל גְּבַר אוֹ אִתְּתָא אֲרֵי יַעְבְּדוּן מִכָּל חוֹבֵי אֱנָשָׁא לְשַׁקָּרָא שְׁקָר קֳדָם יְיָ וְיֵחוֹב אֱנָשָׁא הַהוּא: (ז) וִיוַדּוּן יָת חוֹבֵיהוֹן דִּי עֲבָדוּ וְיָתֵב יָת חוֹבְתֵיהּ בְּרֵישֵׁיהּ וְחֻמְשֵׁיהּ יוֹסֵף עֲלוֹהִי וְיִתֵּן לִדְחָב לֵיהּ: (ח) וְאִם לֵית לִגְבַר פָּרִיק לַאֲתָבָא חוֹבְתָא לֵיהּ חוֹבְתָא דִּמְתֵב קֳדָם יְיָ לְכַהֲנָא בַּר מִדְּכַר כִּפּוּרַיָּא דִּי יְכַפֵּר בֵּיהּ עֲלוֹהִי: (ט) וְכָל אַפְרָשׁוּתָא לְכָל קוּדְשַׁיָּא דִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל דִּי יְקָרְבוּן לְכַהֲנָא דִּלֵּיהּ יְהֵא: (י) וּגְבַר יָת מַעֲשַׂר קוּדְשֵׁיהּ דִּלֵּיהּ יְהוֹן גְּבַר דִּיִתֵּן לְכַהֲנָא דִּלֵּיהּ יְהֵא:
5. Hashem spoke with Moshe, saying: 6. Speak with the children of Israel: a man or a woman, when they commit (any) of all the sins of man, to act falsely before Hashem,[2] and that person[3] is guilty, 7. they shall confess their sins[4] that they committed. He shall repay his guilt in full and its fifth he shall add to it, and give (it) to (the one) against whom he was guilty. 8. If (the injured party has died and) the man has no redeemer (to whom) to return the guilt, the guilt that is repaid is before Hashem,[5] for the priest, aside from the ram of atonement with which he will atone for him. 9. And every gift of all the holy (things) of the children of Israel that they bring near to the priest shall be his. 10. And (each) man, his holy things shall be his; a man that will give (it) to the priest, it will be his.
