(טז) וְאִ֣ם ׀ מִשְּׂדֵ֣ה אֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ יַקְדִּ֥ישׁ אִישׁ֙ לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה וְהָיָ֥ה עֶרְכְּךָ֖ לְפִ֣י זַרְע֑וֹ זֶ֚רַע חֹ֣מֶר שְׂעֹרִ֔ים בַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖ים שֶׁ֥קֶל כָּֽסֶף׃ (יז) אִם־מִשְּׁנַ֥ת הַיֹּבֵ֖ל יַקְדִּ֣ישׁ שָׂדֵ֑הוּ כְּעֶרְכְּךָ֖ יָקֽוּם׃ (יח) וְאִם־אַחַ֣ר הַיֹּבֵל֮ יַקְדִּ֣ישׁ שָׂדֵ֒הוּ֒ וְחִשַּׁב־ל֨וֹ הַכֹּהֵ֜ן אֶת־הַכֶּ֗סֶף עַל־פִּ֤י הַשָּׁנִים֙ הַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔ת עַ֖ד שְׁנַ֣ת הַיֹּבֵ֑ל וְנִגְרַ֖ע מֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃ (יט) וְאִם־גָּאֹ֤ל יִגְאַל֙ אֶת־הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה הַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁ אֹת֑וֹ וְ֠יָסַ֠ף חֲמִשִׁ֧ית כֶּֽסֶף־עֶרְכְּךָ֛ עָלָ֖יו וְקָ֥ם לֽוֹ׃ (כ) וְאִם־לֹ֤א יִגְאַל֙ אֶת־הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה וְאִם־מָכַ֥ר אֶת־הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה לְאִ֣ישׁ אַחֵ֑ר לֹ֥א יִגָּאֵ֖ל עֽוֹד׃ (כא) וְהָיָ֨ה הַשָּׂדֶ֜ה בְּצֵאת֣וֹ בַיֹּבֵ֗ל קֹ֛דֶשׁ לַֽיהֹוָ֖ה כִּשְׂדֵ֣ה הַחֵ֑רֶם לַכֹּהֵ֖ן תִּהְיֶ֥ה אֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃
(טז) וְאִם מֵחֲקַל אַחֲסַנְתֵּיהּ יַקְדִּישׁ גְּבַר קָדָם יְיָ וִיהֵי פֻרְסָנֵיהּ לְפוּם זַרְעֵיהּ בַּר זְרַע כּוּר שְׂעוֹרִין בְּחַמְשִׁין סִלְעִין דִּכְסָף: (יז) אִם מִשַּׁתָּא דְיוֹבֵלָא יַקְדֵּשׁ חַקְלֵיהּ כְּפֻרְסָנֵיהּ יְקוּם: (יח) וְאִם בָּתַר יוֹבֵלָא יַקְדֵּשׁ חַקְלֵיהּ וִיחַשֵּׁב לֵיהּ כַּהֲנָא יָת כַּסְפָּא עַל מֵימַר שְׁנַיָּא דְּאִשְׁתָּאָרָן עַד שַׁתָּא דְיוֹבֵלָא וְיִתִּמְנַע מִפֻּרְסָנֵיהּ: (יט) וְאִם מִפְרַק יִפְרוֹק יָת חַקְלָא דְּאַקְדֵּשׁ יָתֵיהּ וְיוֹסֵף חֹמֶשׁ כְּסַף פֻּרְסָנֵיהּ עֲלוֹהִי וִיקוּם לֵיהּ: (כ) וְאִם לָא יִפְרוֹק יָת חַקְלָא וְאִם זַבִּין יָת חַקְלָא לִגְבַר אָחֳרָן לָא יִתְפָּרָק עוֹד (כא) וִיהֵי חַקְלָא בְּמִפְּקֵיהּ בְּיוֹבֵלָא קוּדְשָׁא קֳדָם יְיָ כַּחֲקַל חֶרְמָא לְכַהֲנָא תְּהֵי אַחֲסַנְתֵּיהּ:
16. If a person consecrates before Hashem of a field of his possession,[1] its assessment will be according to its seeding – seeding a place to plant a kor[2] of barley for 50 silver sela. 17. If his field is consecrated from the jubilee year, it will stand according to its assessment. 18. And if after the jubilee he will consecrate his field, the priest shall calculate the price according to the years that are remaining until the (next) jubilee year, and it shall be reduced from its assessment. 19. And if the one who consecrated the land would redeem it, he shall add a fifth of the silver of its assessment to it and it shall be established for him. 20. And if he doesn’t redeem the field, and if the field is sold to another person, it may no longer be redeemed. 21. The field will be in its going out, in the jubilee, holy before Hashem, as a devoted[3] field; it will be to the priest his possession.
