(י) וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֥ם יָשָׁ֖ן נוֹשָׁ֑ן וְיָשָׁ֕ן מִפְּנֵ֥י חָדָ֖שׁ תּוֹצִֽיאוּ׃ (יא) וְנָתַתִּ֥י מִשְׁכָּנִ֖י בְּתוֹכְכֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תִגְעַ֥ל נַפְשִׁ֖י אֶתְכֶֽם׃ (יב) וְהִתְהַלַּכְתִּי֙ בְּת֣וֹכְכֶ֔ם וְהָיִ֥יתִי לָכֶ֖ם לֵֽאלֹהִ֑ים וְאַתֶּ֖ם תִּהְיוּ־לִ֥י לְעָֽם׃ (יג) אֲנִ֞י יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֨ר הוֹצֵ֤אתִי אֶתְכֶם֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם מִֽהְיֹ֥ת לָהֶ֖ם עֲבָדִ֑ים וָאֶשְׁבֹּר֙ מֹטֹ֣ת עֻלְּכֶ֔ם וָאוֹלֵ֥ךְ אֶתְכֶ֖ם קֽוֹמְמִיּֽוּת׃ {פ}

 (י) וְתֵיכְלוּן עַתִּיקָא דְּעַתִּיק וְעַתִּיקָא מִן קֳדָם חֲדַתָּא תְּפַנּוּן: (יא) וְאֶתֵּן מַשְׁכְּנִּי בֵּינֵיכוֹן וְלָא יְרַחֵק מֵימְרִי יָתְכוֹן: (יב) וְאַשְׁרֵי שְׁכִינְתִּי בֵּינֵיכוֹן וְאֶהֱוֵי לְכוֹן לֶאֱלָהּ וְאַתּוּן תְּהוֹן קֳדָמַי לְעָם: (יג) אֲנָא יְיָ אֱלָהָכוֹן דִּי אַפֵּקִית יָתְכוֹן מֵאַרְעָא דְמִצְרַיִם מִלְּמֶהֱוֵי לְהוֹן עַבְדִּין וְתַבָּרִית נִיר עַמְמַיָּא מִנְּכוֹן וְדַבָּרִית יָתְכוֹן לְחֵרוּתָא:

10. You will eat the oldest of the old (grain)[1] and you will clear out[2] the old from before the new. 11. I will establish My dwelling among you and My word[3] won’t reject you. 12. I will cause My presence to rest among you;[4] I will be God to you and you will be a people before Me. 13. I am Hashem your God Who brought you out from the land of Egypt from being slaves to them; I broke the yoke of the nations from you[5] and caused you to walk in freedom.[6]

(יד) וְאִם־לֹ֥א תִשְׁמְע֖וּ לִ֑י וְלֹ֣א תַעֲשׂ֔וּ אֵ֥ת כׇּל־הַמִּצְוֺ֖ת הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ (טו) וְאִם־בְּחֻקֹּתַ֣י תִּמְאָ֔סוּ וְאִ֥ם אֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַ֖י תִּגְעַ֣ל נַפְשְׁכֶ֑ם לְבִלְתִּ֤י עֲשׂוֹת֙ אֶת־כׇּל־מִצְוֺתַ֔י לְהַפְרְכֶ֖ם אֶת־בְּרִיתִֽי׃ (טז) אַף־אֲנִ֞י אֶֽעֱשֶׂה־זֹּ֣את לָכֶ֗ם וְהִפְקַדְתִּ֨י עֲלֵיכֶ֤ם בֶּֽהָלָה֙ אֶת־הַשַּׁחֶ֣פֶת וְאֶת־הַקַּדַּ֔חַת מְכַלּ֥וֹת עֵינַ֖יִם וּמְדִיבֹ֣ת נָ֑פֶשׁ וּזְרַעְתֶּ֤ם לָרִיק֙ זַרְעֲכֶ֔ם וַאֲכָלֻ֖הוּ אֹיְבֵיכֶֽם׃ (יז) וְנָתַתִּ֤י פָנַי֙ בָּכֶ֔ם וְנִגַּפְתֶּ֖ם לִפְנֵ֣י אֹיְבֵיכֶ֑ם וְרָד֤וּ בָכֶם֙ שֹֽׂנְאֵיכֶ֔ם וְנַסְתֶּ֖ם וְאֵין־רֹדֵ֥ף אֶתְכֶֽם׃ (יח) וְאִ֨ם־עַד־אֵ֔לֶּה לֹ֥א תִשְׁמְע֖וּ לִ֑י וְיָסַפְתִּי֙ לְיַסְּרָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם שֶׁ֖בַע עַל־חַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ (יט) וְשָׁבַרְתִּ֖י אֶת־גְּא֣וֹן עֻזְּכֶ֑ם וְנָתַתִּ֤י אֶת־שְׁמֵיכֶם֙ כַּבַּרְזֶ֔ל וְאֶֽת־אַרְצְכֶ֖ם כַּנְּחֻשָֽׁה׃ (כ) וְתַ֥ם לָרִ֖יק כֹּחֲכֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תִתֵּ֤ן אַרְצְכֶם֙ אֶת־יְבוּלָ֔הּ וְעֵ֣ץ הָאָ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א יִתֵּ֖ן פִּרְיֽוֹ׃ (כא) וְאִם־תֵּֽלְכ֤וּ עִמִּי֙ קֶ֔רִי וְלֹ֥א תֹאב֖וּ לִשְׁמֹ֣עַֽ לִ֑י וְיָסַפְתִּ֤י עֲלֵיכֶם֙ מַכָּ֔ה שֶׁ֖בַע כְּחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ (כב) וְהִשְׁלַחְתִּ֨י בָכֶ֜ם אֶת־חַיַּ֤ת הַשָּׂדֶה֙ וְשִׁכְּלָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם וְהִכְרִ֙יתָה֙ אֶת־בְּהֶמְתְּכֶ֔ם וְהִמְעִ֖יטָה אֶתְכֶ֑ם וְנָשַׁ֖מּוּ דַּרְכֵיכֶֽם׃ (כג) וְאִ֨ם־בְּאֵ֔לֶּה לֹ֥א תִוָּסְר֖וּ לִ֑י וַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥ם עִמִּ֖י קֶֽרִי׃ (כד) וְהָלַכְתִּ֧י אַף־אֲנִ֛י עִמָּכֶ֖ם בְּקֶ֑רִי וְהִכֵּיתִ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ גַּם־אָ֔נִי שֶׁ֖בַע עַל־חַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ (כה) וְהֵבֵאתִ֨י עֲלֵיכֶ֜ם חֶ֗רֶב נֹקֶ֙מֶת֙ נְקַם־בְּרִ֔ית וְנֶאֱסַפְתֶּ֖ם אֶל־עָרֵיכֶ֑ם וְשִׁלַּ֤חְתִּי דֶ֙בֶר֙ בְּת֣וֹכְכֶ֔ם וְנִתַּתֶּ֖ם בְּיַד־אוֹיֵֽב׃ (כו) בְּשִׁבְרִ֣י לָכֶם֮ מַטֵּה־לֶ֒חֶם֒ וְ֠אָפ֠וּ עֶ֣שֶׂר נָשִׁ֤ים לַחְמְכֶם֙ בְּתַנּ֣וּר אֶחָ֔ד וְהֵשִׁ֥יבוּ לַחְמְכֶ֖ם בַּמִּשְׁקָ֑ל וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖ם וְלֹ֥א תִשְׂבָּֽעוּ׃ {ס}

(יד) וְאִם לָא תְקַבְּלוּן לְמֵימְרִי וְלָא תַעְבְּדוּן יָת כָּל פִּקּוּדַיָּא הָאִלֵּין: (טו) וְאִם בִּקְיָמַי תְּקוֹצוּן וְאִם יָת דִּינַי תְּרַחֵק נַפְשְׁכוֹן בְּדִיל דְּלָא לְמֶעְבַּד יָת כָּל פִּקּוֹדַי לְאַשְׁנָיוּתְכוֹן יָת קְיָמִי: (טז) אַף אֲנָא אֶעְבַּד דָּא לְכוֹן וְאַסְעַר עֲלֵיכוֹן בַּהֶלְתָּא יָת שַׁחֶפְתָּא וְיָת קַדַּחְתָּא מְחַשְּׁכָן עַיְנִין וּמַפְּחַן נְפָשׁ וְתִזְרְעוּן לְרֵיקָנוּן זַרְעֲכוֹן וְיֵיכְלֻנֵּיהּ בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן: (יז) וְאֶתֵּן רוּגְזִי בְּכוֹן וְתִתַּבְּרוּן קֳדָם בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן וְיִרְדּוּן בְּכוֹן סַנְאֵכוֹן וְתֵעִירְקוּן וְלֵית דְּרָדִיף יָתְכוֹן: (יח) וְאִם עַד אִלֵּין לָא תְקַבְּלוּן לְמֵימְרִי וְאוֹסֵף לְמִרְדֵּי יָתכוֹן שְׁבַע עַל חוֹבֵיכוֹן: (יט) וְאֶתְבַּר יָת יְקַר תָּקְפְּכוֹן וְאֶתֵּן יָת שְׁמַיָּא דִי עִלָּוֵיכוֹן תַּקִּיפִין כְּפַרְזְלָא מִלַּאֲחָתָא מִטְרָא וְאַרְעָא דִתְחוֹתֵיכוֹן חֲסִינָא כִנְחָשָׁא מִלְּמֶעְבַּד פֵּירִין: (כ) וִיסוּפוּן לְרֵיקָנוּ חֵילֵיכוֹן וְלָא תִתֵּן אַרְעֲכוֹן יָת עֲלַלְתַּהּ וְאִילַן אַרְעָא לָא יִתֵּן אִבֵּיהּ: (כא) וְאִם תְּהָכוּן קֳדָמַי בְּקַשְׁיוּ וְלָא תֵיבוּן לְקַבָּלָא לְמֵימְרִי וְאוֹסֵף לֶאֱתָאָה עֲלֵיכוֹן מָחָא שְׁבַע כְּחוֹבֵיכוֹן: (כב) וֶאֱגָרֵי בְכוֹן יָת חֵוַת בָּרָא וּתְתַכֵּל יָתְכוֹן וּתְשֵׁיצֵי יָת בְּעִירְכוֹן וְתַזְעֵר יָתְכוֹן וִיצַדְיָן אוֹרְחָתְכוֹן: (כג) וְאִם בְּאִלֵּין לָא תִתְרְדוּן לְמֵימְרִי וּתְהָכוּן קֳדָמַי בְּקַשְׁיוּ: (כד) וְאֵהַךְ אַף אֲנָא עִמְּכוֹן בְּקַשְׁיוּ וְאַלְקֵי יָתְכוֹן אַף אֲנָא שְׁבַע עַל חוֹבֵיכוֹן: (כה) וְאַיְתִי עֲלֵיכוֹן דְּקָטְלִין בְּחַרְבָּא וְיִתְפָּרְעוּן מִנְּכוֹן פֻּרְעֲנוּתָא עַל דַּעֲבַרְתּוּן עַל פִּתְגָּמֵי אוֹרַיְתָא וְתִתְכַּנְּשׁוּן לְקִרְוֵיכוֹן וֶאֱגָרֵי מוֹתָנָא בֵּינֵיכוֹן וְתִתְמַסְּרוּן בִּידָא דְסָנְאָה: (כו) בִּדְאִתְּבַר לְכוֹן סָעִיד מֵיכְלָא וְיָפְיָן עֲסַר נְשִׁין לַחְמְכוֹן בְּתַנּוּרָא חַד וִיתִיבוּן לַחְמְכוֹן בְּמַתְקְלָא וְתוֹכְלוּן וְלָא תִשְׂבְּעוּן:

14. And if you don’t accept My word[7] and don’t perform all these commandments, 15. if you despise My statutes and if your souls reject My laws so that you don’t perform all My commandments to deviate from[8] My covenant, 16. I will also do this to you: I will command terror against you—consumption and fever that cause the eyes to go dark[9] and the soul to deflate.[10] You shall plant your seed in vain and those who hate you will eat it. 17. I will set My anger[11] against you; you will be broken[12] before your enemies and those who hate you will rule over you. You will flee and no one is chasing you. 18. And if until these you do not accept My word, I will increase to chastise you seven (times) on your sins. 19. I will break the honor[13] of your strength. I will make the skies that are above you[14] hard like iron and the land beneath you[15] unyielding like copper from making fruit. 20. Your strength will be spent in vain and your land will not give its produce, and the tree of the land won’t give its fruit. 21. And if you walk contrary[16] before Me and don’t accept My word, I will increase to bring a blow upon you seven (times) according to your sins. 22. I will cause[17] animal(s) of the field against you; they will bereave you[18] and destroy your cattle. They will diminish you and your roads will be desolate. 23. And if these things don’t chastise you to My word and you walk contrary before Me, 24. I will also walk contrary to you. I will also thrash[19] you seven (times) for your sins. 25. I will bring those who kill with a sword against you to collect payment from you[20] – payment for you violating the words of the Torah – and you will gather into your cities. I will cause pestilence among you and you will be delivered into the hand of the one who hates you. 26. When I break the assistance of bread[21] for you, ten women will bake your bread in one oven; they will deliver your bread by weight. You will eat and you will not be satisfied.

(כז) וְאִ֨ם־בְּזֹ֔את לֹ֥א תִשְׁמְע֖וּ לִ֑י וַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥ם עִמִּ֖י בְּקֶֽרִי׃ (כח) וְהָלַכְתִּ֥י עִמָּכֶ֖ם בַּחֲמַת־קֶ֑רִי וְיִסַּרְתִּ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ אַף־אָ֔נִי שֶׁ֖בַע עַל־חַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ (כט) וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖ם בְּשַׂ֣ר בְּנֵיכֶ֑ם וּבְשַׂ֥ר בְּנֹתֵיכֶ֖ם תֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃ (ל) וְהִשְׁמַדְתִּ֞י אֶת־בָּמֹֽתֵיכֶ֗ם וְהִכְרַתִּי֙ אֶת־חַמָּ֣נֵיכֶ֔ם וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־פִּגְרֵיכֶ֔ם עַל־פִּגְרֵ֖י גִּלּוּלֵיכֶ֑ם וְגָעֲלָ֥ה נַפְשִׁ֖י אֶתְכֶֽם׃ (לא) וְנָתַתִּ֤י אֶת־עָֽרֵיכֶם֙ חׇרְבָּ֔ה וַהֲשִׁמּוֹתִ֖י אֶת־מִקְדְּשֵׁיכֶ֑ם וְלֹ֣א אָרִ֔יחַ בְּרֵ֖יחַ נִיחֹֽחֲכֶֽם׃ (לב) וַהֲשִׁמֹּתִ֥י אֲנִ֖י אֶת־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְשָֽׁמְמ֤וּ עָלֶ֙יהָ֙ אֹֽיְבֵיכֶ֔ם הַיֹּשְׁבִ֖ים בָּֽהּ׃ (לג) וְאֶתְכֶם֙ אֱזָרֶ֣ה בַגּוֹיִ֔ם וַהֲרִיקֹתִ֥י אַחֲרֵיכֶ֖ם חָ֑רֶב וְהָיְתָ֤ה אַרְצְכֶם֙ שְׁמָמָ֔ה וְעָרֵיכֶ֖ם יִהְי֥וּ חׇרְבָּֽה׃ (לד) אָז֩ תִּרְצֶ֨ה הָאָ֜רֶץ אֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתֶ֗יהָ כֹּ֚ל יְמֵ֣י הׇשַּׁמָּ֔הֿ וְאַתֶּ֖ם בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אֹיְבֵיכֶ֑ם אָ֚ז תִּשְׁבַּ֣ת הָאָ֔רֶץ וְהִרְצָ֖ת אֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתֶֽיהָ׃ (לה) כׇּל־יְמֵ֥י הׇשַּׁמָּ֖הֿ תִּשְׁבֹּ֑ת אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁ֧ר לֹֽא־שָׁבְתָ֛ה בְּשַׁבְּתֹתֵיכֶ֖ם בְּשִׁבְתְּכֶ֥ם עָלֶֽיהָ׃ (לו) וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֣ים בָּכֶ֔ם וְהֵבֵ֤אתִי מֹ֙רֶךְ֙ בִּלְבָבָ֔ם בְּאַרְצֹ֖ת אֹיְבֵיהֶ֑ם וְרָדַ֣ף אֹתָ֗ם ק֚וֹל עָלֶ֣ה נִדָּ֔ף וְנָס֧וּ מְנֻֽסַת־חֶ֛רֶב וְנָפְל֖וּ וְאֵ֥ין רֹדֵֽף׃ (לז) וְכָשְׁל֧וּ אִישׁ־בְּאָחִ֛יו כְּמִפְּנֵי־חֶ֖רֶב וְרֹדֵ֣ף אָ֑יִן וְלֹא־תִֽהְיֶ֤ה לָכֶם֙ תְּקוּמָ֔ה לִפְנֵ֖י אֹֽיְבֵיכֶֽם׃ (לח) וַאֲבַדְתֶּ֖ם בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם וְאָכְלָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם אֶ֖רֶץ אֹיְבֵיכֶֽם׃ (לט) וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֣ים בָּכֶ֗ם יִמַּ֙קּוּ֙ בַּֽעֲוֺנָ֔ם בְּאַרְצֹ֖ת אֹיְבֵיכֶ֑ם וְאַ֛ף בַּעֲוֺנֹ֥ת אֲבֹתָ֖ם אִתָּ֥ם יִמָּֽקּוּ׃ (מ) וְהִתְוַדּ֤וּ אֶת־עֲוֺנָם֙ וְאֶת־עֲוֺ֣ן אֲבֹתָ֔ם בְּמַעֲלָ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר מָֽעֲלוּ־בִ֑י וְאַ֕ף אֲשֶׁר־הָֽלְכ֥וּ עִמִּ֖י בְּקֶֽרִי׃ (מא) אַף־אֲנִ֗י אֵלֵ֤ךְ עִמָּם֙ בְּקֶ֔רִי וְהֵבֵאתִ֣י אֹתָ֔ם בְּאֶ֖רֶץ אֹיְבֵיהֶ֑ם אוֹ־אָ֣ז יִכָּנַ֗ע לְבָבָם֙ הֶֽעָרֵ֔ל וְאָ֖ז יִרְצ֥וּ אֶת־עֲוֺנָֽם׃ (מב) וְזָכַרְתִּ֖י אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֣י יַעֲק֑וֹב וְאַף֩ אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֨י יִצְחָ֜ק וְאַ֨ף אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֧י אַבְרָהָ֛ם אֶזְכֹּ֖ר וְהָאָ֥רֶץ אֶזְכֹּֽר׃ (מג) וְהָאָ֩רֶץ֩ תֵּעָזֵ֨ב מֵהֶ֜ם וְתִ֣רֶץ אֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתֶ֗יהָ בׇּהְשַׁמָּהֿ֙ מֵהֶ֔ם וְהֵ֖ם יִרְצ֣וּ אֶת־עֲוֺנָ֑ם יַ֣עַן וּבְיַ֔עַן בְּמִשְׁפָּטַ֣י מָאָ֔סוּ וְאֶת־חֻקֹּתַ֖י גָּעֲלָ֥ה נַפְשָֽׁם׃ (מד) וְאַף־גַּם־זֹ֠את בִּֽהְיוֹתָ֞ם בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֗ם לֹֽא־מְאַסְתִּ֤ים וְלֹֽא־גְעַלְתִּים֙ לְכַלֹּתָ֔ם לְהָפֵ֥ר בְּרִיתִ֖י אִתָּ֑ם כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃ (מה) וְזָכַרְתִּ֥י לָהֶ֖ם בְּרִ֣ית רִאשֹׁנִ֑ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר הוֹצֵֽאתִי־אֹתָם֩ מֵאֶ֨רֶץ מִצְרַ֜יִם לְעֵינֵ֣י הַגּוֹיִ֗ם לִהְי֥וֹת לָהֶ֛ם לֵאלֹהִ֖ים אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ (מו) אֵ֠לֶּה הַֽחֻקִּ֣ים וְהַמִּשְׁפָּטִים֮ וְהַתּוֹרֹת֒ אֲשֶׁר֙ נָתַ֣ן יְהֹוָ֔ה בֵּינ֕וֹ וּבֵ֖ין בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בְּהַ֥ר סִינַ֖י בְּיַד־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ {פ}

(כז) וְאִם בְּדָא לָא תְקַבְּלוּן לְמֵימְרִי וּתְהָכוּן קֳדָמַי בְּקַשְׁיוּ: (כח) וְאֵהַךְ עִמְּכוֹן בִּתְקוֹף רְגָז וְאִרְדֵּי יָתְכוֹן אַף אֲנָא שְׁבַע עַל חוֹבֵיכוֹן: (כט) וְתֵיכְלוּן בְּשַׂר בְּנֵיכוֹן וּבְשַׁר בְּנָתֵיכוֹן תֵּיכְלוּן: (ל) וֶאֱשֵׁיצֵי יָת בָּמָתֵיכוֹן וֶאֱקַצֵּץ יָת חֲנִיסְנְסֵיכוֹן וְאֶתֵּן יָת פִּגְרֵיכוֹן עַל פִּגּוּר טַעֲוָתְכוֹן וִירַחֵק מֵימְרִי יָתְכוֹן: (לא) וְאֶתֵּן יָת קִרְוֵיכוֹן צָדָא וְאֶצְדֵּי יָת מַקְדְּשֵׁיכוֹן וְלָא אֲקַבֵּל בְּרַעֲוָא קֻרְבַּן כְּנִשָּׁתְכוֹן: (לב) וְאֶצְדֵּי אֲנָא יָת אַרְעָא וִיצָרְיוּן עֲלַהּ בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן דְּיָתְבוּן בַּהּ: (לג) וְיָתְכוֹן אֲבַדַּר בֵּינֵי עַמְמַיָּא וֶאֱגָרֵי בַתְרֵיכוֹן דְּקָטְלִין בְּחַרְבָּא וּתְהֵי אַרְעֲכוֹן צָדְיָא וְקִרְוֵיכוֹן יְהוֹן חָרְבָּא: (לד) בְּכֵן תַּרְעֵי אַרְעָא יָת שְׁמִטָּהָא כֹּל יוֹמִין דִּי צְדִיאַת וְאַתּוּן בְּאַרַע בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן בְּכֵן תַּשְׁמֵט אַרְעָא וְתַרְעֵי יָת שְׁמִטָּהָא: (לה) כָּל יוֹמִין דִּי צְדִיאַת תַּשְׁמֵט יָת דִּי לָא שְׁמֵטַת בִּשְׁמִטֵּיכוֹן כַּד הֲוֵיתוּן יָתְבִין עֲלַהּ: (לו) וּדְיִשְׁתַּאֲרוּן בְּכוֹן וְאָעֵל תַּבְרָא בְּלִבְּהוֹן בְּאַרְעֲתָא דְּסַנְאֵיהוֹן וְיִרְדּוֹף יָתְהוֹן קַל טַרְפָּא דְשַׁקִּיף וְיֵעַרְקוּן כְּמֵעִירוֹק מִן קֳדָם דְּקָטְלִין בְּחַרְבָּא וְיִפְּלוּן וְלֵית דְּרָדִיף: (לז) וְיִתַּקְלוּן גְּבַר בְּאָחוּהִי כְּמִקָּדָם דְקָטְלִין בְּחַרְבָּא וְרָדִיף לָיִת וְלָא תְהֵי לְכוֹן תְּקוּמָה קֳדָם בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן: (לח) וְתֵבְדוּן בֵּינֵי עַמְמַיָּא וּתְגַמַּר יָתְכוֹן אֲרַע בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן: (לט) וּדְיִשְׁתָּאֲרוּן בְּכוֹן יִתִּמְסוּן בְּחוֹבֵיהוֹן בְּאַרְעֲתָא בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיכוֹן וְאַף בְּחוֹבֵי אֲבָהַתְהוֹן בִּישַׁיָּא דַּאֲחִידִין בִּידֵיהוֹן יִתִּמְסוּן: (מ) וִיוַדּוּן יָת חוֹבֵיהוֹן וְיָת חוֹבֵי אֲבָהַתְהוֹן בְּשִׁקְרְהוֹן דְּשַׁקָּרוּ קֳדָמָי וְאַף דִּי הַלִּיכוּ קֳדָמַי בְּקַשְׁיוּ: (מא) אַף אֲנָא אֱהַךְ עִמְּהוֹן בְּקַשְׁיוּ וְאָעֵיל יָתְהוֹן בְּאַרַע בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיהוֹן אוֹ בְכֵן יִתָּבַר לִבְּהוֹן טַפְשָׁא וּבְכֵן יִרְעוּן יָת חוֹבֵיהוֹן: (מב) וְדָכִירְנָא יָת קְיָמִי דְעִם יַעֲקוֹב וְאַף יָת קְיָמִי דְעִם יִצְחָק וְאַף יָת קְיָמִי דְעִם אַבְרָהָם אֲנָא דָכִיר וְאַרְעָא אֲנָא דָכִיר: (מג) וְאַרְעָא תִתְרְטֵשׁ מִנְּהוֹן וְתַרְעֵי יָת שְׁמִטָּהָא בְּדִצְדִיאַת מִנְּהוֹן וְאִנּוּן יִרְעוּן יָת חוֹבֵיהוֹן לְוָטִין חֳלַף בִּרְכָן אַיְתִי עֲלֵיהוֹן בְּדִיל דִּבְדִינַי קָצוּ וְיָת קְיָמַי רְחֵקַת נַפְשְׁהוֹן: (מד) וְאַף בְּרַם דָּא בְּמֵהֱוֵיהוֹן בְּאַרַע בַּעֲלֵי דְבָבֵיהוֹן לָא אַרְטֵשִׁנּוּן וְלָא אַרְחֵקִנּוּן לְשֵׁיצָיוּתְהוֹן לְאַשְׁנָאָה קְיָמִי עִמְּהוֹן אֲרֵי אֲנָא יְיָ אֱלָהֲהוֹן: (מה) וְדָכִירְנָא לְהוֹן קְיַם קַדְמָאֵי דִּי אַפֵּקִית יָתְהוֹן מֵאַרְעָא דְמִצְרַיִם לְעֵינֵי עַמְמַיָּא לְמֵהֱוֵי לְהוֹן לֵאלָהָא אֲנָא יְיָ: (מו) אִלֵּין קְיָמַיָּא וְדִינַיָּא וְאוֹרָיָתָא דִּי יְהַב יְיָ בֵּין מֵימְרֵיהּ וּבֵין בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּטוּרָא דְסִינַי בִּידָא דְמשֶׁה:

27. And if in this you do not accept My word and you walk contrary before Me, 28. I will act[22] with you in powerful fury. I will also chastise you seven (times) in your sins. 29. You will eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters you will eat. 30. I will destroy your high places[23] and cut down your sun-worship pillars. I will put your carcasses on the rubble of your errors;[24] My word will reject you. 31. I will make your cities desolation[25] and make your sanctuaries deserted; I will not accept the offerings of your assembly with favor.[26] 32. I will make the land desolate and your enemies who settle in it will be astonished by it. 33. And you I will scatter among the nations, and I will cause those who kill by the sword[27] (to go) after you. Your land will be desolate and your cities will be a ruin. 34. Then the land will be appeased for its sabbaticals[28] all the days it is desolate and you are in the land of your enemies; then the land will release[29] and be appeased[30] for its sabbaticals. 35. All the days it is desolate, it will release all that it didn’t release in your sabbaticals when you dwelled on it. 36. And those who remain of you, I will bring brokenness[31] in their hearts in the lands of those who hate them. The sound of a rustling leaf will chase them. They will flee as from before those who kill with the sword; they will fall with no pursuer. 37. A man will stumble over his brother as before those who kill with a sword and there’s no pursuer. You will not be able to stand before your enemies. 38. You will be lost in the nations, and the land of your enemies will end you.[32] 39. Those who remain of you will waste away in their sins[33] in the lands of those who hate you. Furthermore, they will waste away in the sins of their evil fathers that are clutched in their hands.[34] 40. They will confess their sins and the sins of their fathers in their falsehood[35] that they committed against Me, and also that they walked contrary before Me. 41. Also I will act contrary with them and I will bring them in the land of their enemies, or then their foolish[36] heart will be broken[37] and they will appease for their sins. 42. I remember[38] My covenant that is with Yaakov, also My covenant that is with Yitzchak, and also My covenant that is with Avraham I remember; and I remember the land. 43. And the land will be forsaken of them, appeasing its sabbaticals through its desolation of them, and they will appease for their sins; I will bring upon them curses in lieu of blessings on account of they despised My laws and their soul rejected My statutes. 44. Yet, despite this,[39] when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not abandon them[40] and I will not reject them to destroy them, to deviate from My covenant with them because I am Hashem their God. 45. I remember for them the covenant of the first ones, whom I brought them out from the land of Egypt in the eyes of the nations to be God to them; I am Hashem. 46. These are the statutes, ordinances, and laws that Hashem gave, between His word and between the children of Israel, on Mount Sinai by the hand of Moshe.
