2,828. All Vows, Great and Small
Hilchos Nedarim 12:4
It doesn’t matter whether the self-affliction is a small thing or a big thing, for a short term or for a long term, the husband has the right to annul the vow.
Hilchos Nedarim 12:5
Pursuant to the previous halacha, if woman made a vow or an oath not to bathe, to drink wine or to eat honey that day, her husband can annul that vow. The same is true if she vowed not to put on makeup or to wear colorful clothes that day. This is the case in all comparable situations. Even if she vowed not to eat a distasteful food or some food item that she never ate in the past, he can annul the vow.
