Psalms 84:5

אַשְׁרֵי יוֹשְׁבֵי בֵיתֶךָ עוֹד יְהַלְלוּךָ סֶּלָה

Happy are they who dwell in Your house; they will praise you continuously, forever.

Continuing pesukei d'zimra, the morning verses of praise

The prayer we call “Ashrei” is mostly Psalm 145 but this verse is the first of two introductory phrases that start with the word “ashrei,” from which the prayer’s name is derived. The Talmud in Sanhedrin (91b) discusses a number of Biblical verses that point to a future resurrection of the dead. This verse is among them, as it tells us that those who attended the Temple in Jerusalem would later be given to praise G-d continuously, forever.
