Psalms 145:21
תְּהִלַּת ה' יְדַבֶּר פִּי וִיבָרֵךְ כָּל בָּשָׂר שֵׁם קָדְשׁוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד
My mouth will speak the praise of Hashem; let all flesh bless His holy Name forever and ever.
Continuing pesukei d'zimra, the morning verses of praise
From Rashi’s commentary on this verse, it would seem that “all flesh” goes beyond the connotation of “all mankind.” Not only people will praise Hashem, but all living things.
