More about Reuvein, who is prohibited by a vow to benefit from Shimon.

Hilchos Nedarim 6:11

Reuvein may not use Shimon’s coal, but he may use his fire.

Hilchos Nedarim 6:12

Let’s say that Shimon owns a bathhouse or an olive press, which he has rented to a third party. If Shimon has retained an interest in them, Reuvein may not enter the bathhouse or tread in the olive press; this is so even if Shimon retained just one tub in the bathhouse or one vessel in the olive press. If Shimon rented it out entirely, not retaining anything for himself, then Reuvein may use these things.
