Psalms 104:31
יְהִי כְבוֹד ה' לְעוֹלָם יִשְׂמַח ה' בְּמַעֲשָׂיו
May the glory of Hashem endure for ever; may Hashem rejoice in His works!
Continuing pesukei d'zimra, the morning verses of praise
This Psalm describes the wonders of the six days of Creation: separating the waters, establishing the ground, causing the plants to sprout, making the Heavenly spheres, etc. in this verse, we ask that G-d rejoice with the works that He has created. The reason, the Radak tells us, is that if G-d is displeased with His creation, the possibility always exists that He may return the universe to its previous state as a primordial void.
