יִשְׂמְחוּ הַשָּׁמַיִם וְתָגֵל הָאָרֶץ וְיֹאמְרוּ בַגּוֹיִם ה' מָלָךְ
The heavens will be glad and the earth will rejoice; they will say among the nations, “Hashem reigns.”

Rashi explains that when a mortal king reigns, everyone is nervous. After all, who knows what he’s going to do next? But when G-d Himself is in control, everyone can relax and celebrate in His reign.
