Hilchos Nedarim 2:8
Similar to the previous halacha is the case of when one says that produce is to him like a donation. If he meant a donation to the Temple, the produce is prohibited to him; if he means a donation to the kohanim, the produce remains permitted. This is because such donations become the property of the kohanim and are not prohibited. If he had no specific intention in mind, the produce is prohibited to him.
Hilchos Nedarim 2:9
Similar also is if he says that produce is to him like tithes. If his intention was animal tithes, the produce is prohibited to him because these are sacrifices that one actively sanctifies, as was previously discussed. If he intended the tithe from grain, the produce remains permitted. If he had no specific intention in mind, the produce is prohibited to him.
