Terumos 5:8

If a seah of terumah fell into 100 seah of chullin and then another seah of terumah fell in before the first seah could be removed, it is prohibited. Rabbi Shimon, however, permits it.

Terumos 5:9

If a seah of terumah fell into 100 seah of chullin and then it got ground up so that the chullin became less than 100 seah in volume, the chullin necessarily also became smaller in volume and the mixture remains permitted. If a seah of terumah fell into less than 100 seah of chullin and then it got ground up so that the chullin became more than 100 seah in volume, the chullin necessarily also became larger in volume and the mixture remains prohibited. If it is known that the chullin wheat was of a superior quality to the terumah wheat (so that only the chullin increased in volume), the mixture is permitted. Let’s say that a seah of terumah fell into less than 100 seah of chullin but then more chullin fell in, bringing it up to 100. If this was done accidentally, the mixture is permitted but if one did it intentionally, it is prohibited.
