Bikkurim 1:11-2:1
Bikkurim 1:11
If one person buys three trees in another person’s field, he brings first fruits and recites the text. Rabbi Meir says one does this even with two trees. If a person buys a tree with the land it occupies, he brings first fruits and recites the text. Rabbi Yehuda says that sharecroppers and renters (who work the land for produce as their wages) also bring first fruits and recite the text, counter to the opinion in 1:2.
Bikkurim 2:1
If a non-kohein intentionally eats terumah or first fruits, he is liable to a heavenly death penalty; unintentionally, he must repay it, adding a fifth. These things are prohibited to non-kohanim; they are a kohein’s personal property; they can be nullified in the ratio of 1 in 101; to eat them, a kohein must wash his hands, and a ritually impure kohein must immerse in a mikvah and wait until after sunset. These rules apply to terumah and first fruits but not to tithes.
