(ח) וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֱלֹהִים֙ אֶל־נֹ֔חַ וְאֶל־בָּנָ֥יו אִתּ֖וֹ לֵאמֹֽר׃ (ט) וַאֲנִ֕י הִנְנִ֥י מֵקִ֛ים אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֖י אִתְּכֶ֑ם וְאֶֽת־זַרְעֲכֶ֖ם אַֽחֲרֵיכֶֽם׃ (י) וְאֵ֨ת כׇּל־נֶ֤פֶשׁ הַֽחַיָּה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אִתְּכֶ֔ם בָּע֧וֹף בַּבְּהֵמָ֛ה וּֽבְכׇל־חַיַּ֥ת הָאָ֖רֶץ אִתְּכֶ֑ם מִכֹּל֙ יֹצְאֵ֣י הַתֵּבָ֔ה לְכֹ֖ל חַיַּ֥ת הָאָֽרֶץ׃ (יא) וַהֲקִמֹתִ֤י אֶת־בְּרִיתִי֙ אִתְּכֶ֔ם וְלֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֧ת כׇּל־בָּשָׂ֛ר ע֖וֹד מִמֵּ֣י הַמַּבּ֑וּל וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֥ה ע֛וֹד מַבּ֖וּל לְשַׁחֵ֥ת הָאָֽרֶץ׃ (יב) וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֗ים זֹ֤את אֽוֹת־הַבְּרִית֙ אֲשֶׁר־אֲנִ֣י נֹתֵ֗ן בֵּינִי֙ וּבֵ֣ינֵיכֶ֔ם וּבֵ֛ין כׇּל־נֶ֥פֶשׁ חַיָּ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר אִתְּכֶ֑ם לְדֹרֹ֖ת עוֹלָֽם׃ (יג) אֶת־קַשְׁתִּ֕י נָתַ֖תִּי בֶּֽעָנָ֑ן וְהָֽיְתָה֙ לְא֣וֹת בְּרִ֔ית בֵּינִ֖י וּבֵ֥ין הָאָֽרֶץ׃ (יד) וְהָיָ֕ה בְּעַֽנְנִ֥י עָנָ֖ן עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְנִרְאֲתָ֥ה הַקֶּ֖שֶׁת בֶּעָנָֽן׃ (טו) וְזָכַרְתִּ֣י אֶת־בְּרִיתִ֗י אֲשֶׁ֤ר בֵּינִי֙ וּבֵ֣ינֵיכֶ֔ם וּבֵ֛ין כׇּל־נֶ֥פֶשׁ חַיָּ֖ה בְּכׇל־בָּשָׂ֑ר וְלֹֽא־יִֽהְיֶ֨ה ע֤וֹד הַמַּ֙יִם֙ לְמַבּ֔וּל לְשַׁחֵ֖ת כׇּל־בָּשָֽׂר׃ (טז) וְהָיְתָ֥ה הַקֶּ֖שֶׁת בֶּֽעָנָ֑ן וּרְאִיתִ֗יהָ לִזְכֹּר֙ בְּרִ֣ית עוֹלָ֔ם בֵּ֣ין אֱלֹהִ֔ים וּבֵין֙ כׇּל־נֶ֣פֶשׁ חַיָּ֔ה בְּכׇל־בָּשָׂ֖ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ (יז) וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֖ים אֶל־נֹ֑חַ זֹ֤את אֽוֹת־הַבְּרִית֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הֲקִמֹ֔תִי בֵּינִ֕י וּבֵ֥ין כׇּל־בָּשָׂ֖ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ {פ}

(ח) וַאֲמַר יְיָ לְנֹחַ וְלִבְנוֹהִי עִמֵּיהּ לְמֵימָר: (ט) וַאֲנָא הָא אֲנָא מֵקִים יָת קְיָמִי עִמְּכוֹן וְעִם בְּנֵיכוֹן בַּתְרֵיכוֹן: (י) וְעִם כָּל נַפְשָׁא חַיְתָא דְּעִמְּכוֹן בְּעוֹפָא בִבְעִירָא וּבְכָל חֵיוַת אַרְעָא דְּעִמְּכוֹן מִכֹּל נַפְקֵי תֵבוֹתָא לְכֹל חַיַּת אַרְעָא: (יא) וְאָקֵם יָת קְיָמִי עִמְּכוֹן וְלָא יִשְׁתֵּיצֵי כָל בִּשְׂרָא עוֹד מִמֵּי טוֹפָנָא וְלָא יְהֵי עוֹד טוֹפָנָא לְחַבָּלָא אַרְעָא: (יב) וַאֲמַר יְיָ דָּא אָת קְיָם דִּי אֲנָא יָהֵב בֵּין מֵימְרִי וּבֵינֵיכוֹן וּבֵין כָּל נַפְשָׁא חַיְתָא דִּי עִמְּכוֹן לְדָרֵי עַלְמָא: (יג) יָת קַשְׁתִּי יְהָבִית בַּעֲנָנָא וּתְהִי לְאָת קְיָם בֵּין מֵימְרִי וּבֵין אַרְעָא: (יד) וִיהִי בַּעֲנָנוּתִי עֲנָנָא עַל אַרְעָא וְתִתְחֲזֵי קַשְׁתָּא בַּעֲנָנָא: (טו) וּדְכִירְנָא יָת קְיָמִי דִּי בֵין מֵימְרִי וּבֵינֵיכוֹן וּבֵין כָּל נַפְשָׁא חַיְתָא בְּכָל בִּשְׂרָא וְלָא יְהֵא עוֹד מַיָּא לְטוֹפָנָא לְחַבָּלָא כָל בִּשְׂרָא: (טז) וּתְהֵי קַשְׁתָּא בַּעֲנָנָא וְאֵחֲזִנַּהּ לְמִדְכַּר קְיַם עָלָם בֵּין מֵימְרָא דַיְיָ וּבֵין כָּל נַפְשָׁא חַיְתָא בְּכָל בִּשְׂרָא דִּי עַל אַרְעָא: (יז) וַאֲמַר יְיָ לְנֹחַ דָּא אָת קְיָם דִּי אֲקֵמִית בֵּין מֵימְרִי וּבֵין כָּל בִּשְׂרָא דִּי עַל אַרְעָא:

8. Hashem said to Noach and to his sons with him, 9. “Behold, I establish My covenant with you and your descendants after you, 10. and with every living thing that is with you—birds, domesticated animals, and every wild animal of the earth that is with you, from everything that came out of the ark, to all living things on the earth. 11. I will maintain My covenant with you. All flesh will never again be expelled[14] by the waters of a flood, and there will never again be a flood to destroy the earth.” 12. Hashem said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I have set between My word and you, and between every living creature that is with you, for all generations, forever. 13. I have set My bow in the clouds; it will serve as the sign of the covenant between My word and the Earth. 14. It will be that when I bring clouds over the earth and the bow appears in the clouds, 15. I remember[15] My covenant, which is between My word and you and between every living creature of all flesh so that the waters will never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16. When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it to recall the eternal covenant between the word of Hashem and all living creatures, all flesh that is upon the earth. 17. Hashem said to Noach, “That is the sign of the covenant that I have established between My word and all flesh that is upon the earth.”
