Pesachim 7:9-10

Pesachim 7:9

If a Passover offering was removed from Jerusalem or became ritually unclean, it must be burned right away (on 14 Nisan). If the owners became unclean or died, the sacrifice is left so it becomes nosar (past its designated time) and is burned on 16 Nisan. Rabbi Yochanan ben Broka says that such a sacrifice must also be burned right away because there’s no one to eat it.

Pesachim 7:10

The bones, sinews and leftovers of the Passover offering are burned on 16 Nisan. If 16 Nisan is Shabbos, they are burned on 17 Nisan because this obligation does not supersede Shabbos.
