Kesubos 3:3-4

Kesubos 3:3

If a girl was betrothed and divorced, Rabbi Yosi HaGlili says she does not receive the fine. Rabbi Akiva says she receives the fine personally (as opposed to it going to her father, even though she is a minor).

Kesubos 3:4

A seducer pays three types of damages and a rapist pays four. The seducer pays for his victim’s shame, for the depreciation he causes (see mishna 3:7 for an explanation), and the standard fine; the rapist also pays for causing pain. The differences between the rapist and the seducer are: the rapist pays for pain and the seducer doesn’t; a rapist pays his penalties immediately but a seducer only pays if he doesn’t marry the girl; the rapist must marry his victim (if she so desires) and he can never divorce her but a seducer is not so obligated.
