Nedarim 3:5
If one says, “May these plants be a sacrifice if they are not razed” or “may this cloak be a sacrifice if it is not burned,” these items can be redeemed. If one says, “May these plants be a sacrifice until they are razed” or “may this cloak be a sacrifice until it is burned,” these items cannot be redeemed,
Nedarim 3:6
If a person prohibits himself from benefitting from people who travel the sea, he is permitted to benefit from those who dwell on land. If he prohibits himself from benefitting from those who dwell on land, that includes those who travel the sea. “Those who dwell on land” doesn’t just include people who take short trips, like from Akko to Jaffa, but even those who regularly take extended sea voyages.
