Nedarim 3:7

If one vows not to benefit from those who see the sun, that also includes blind people because the intention of such a vow is anyone whom the sun sees.

Nedarim 3:8

If one vows not to benefit from dark-haired people, that also includes bald people and white-haired people. He may benefit from women and children because the term “dark-haired” was only used to refer to men.
