Nedarim 7:6-7
Nedarim 7:6
If one says, “Konam this produce to me,” “…for my mouth” or “…to my mouth,” he is also prohibited whatever this produce might be exchanged for, and whatever grows from it. If he says “…that I eat and taste,” then he is permitted the exchange and growth of the produce. This refers to a plant whose seed decays, but when it comes to a plant whose seed does not decay, even the growth of its growth is prohibited.
Nedarim 7:7
If a man tells his wife, “Konam the work of your hands to me,” “…for my mouth” or “…to my mouth,” he is also prohibited whatever it might be exchanged for and whatever grows from it. If he says “…that I eat” or “that I taste,” then he is permitted the exchange and growth of the produce. This again refers to something whose seed decays, but when it comes to something whose seed does not decay, even the growth of its growth is prohibited.
