2,631. "No, No."
Hilchos Shevuos 2:6
If someone says “no, no,” using the term twice in the manner of an oath, or “yes, yes,” and he uses either a name of God or one of His descriptors, it’s considered an oath. If he says, “right hand” or “left hand” (implying the “hand” of God), it is likewise an oath, as per Isaiah 62:5, “God swore by His right hand and by the arm of His strength.” Similarly, if one says “Mibata (an expression of a hasty oath) that I won’t do X,” and he uses a name of God or one of His descriptors, it’s considered an oath.
Hilchos Shevuos 2:7
If someone says, “It’s a prohibition of God” or “of the One Whose name is gracious that I not do X” or “that I do X,” it is considered an oath since he used the terminology of an oath.
