2,413. One vs. Two Seals

Maachalos Assuros 13:9

If a Jew entrusted wine with one seal to a non-Jew, it is rendered prohibited for drinking but it remains permitted for benefit so long as it was kept in a designated corner.

Maachalos Assuros 13:10

Two seals aren’t required if a Jew entrusts a non-Jew with boiled wine, beer, wine that is mixed with things like honey or oil, vinegar, cheese or anything that is only prohibited by rabbinic enactment; in such cases, one seal is enough. Two seals are required when a Jew entrusts a non-Jew with wine, meat and pieces of fish that don’t have signs.
