However, if a Jewish prostitute is at a non-Jewish party, the wine in her cup is rendered prohibited because the guests won’t hesitate to touch it even without her consent.

Let’s say that a non-Jew is found in a winepress. If there’s enough wine moisture that touching it will make one’s hand wet enough to dampen his other hand, then the winepress must be scrubbed and dried; if it’s not this wet, then it only needs to be scrubbed. This is an extra level of caution.
