2,397. What Is and What Isn't "Unintentional"
Maachalos Assuros 12:6
If wine moves through a non-Jew’s power unintentionally, it remains permitted to drink it since he didn’t touch it. Therefore, if he picked up a vessel of wine and poured it into another vessel thinking that it was beer or oil, it remains permitted.
Maachalos Assuros 12:7
Let’s say that a non-Jew entered a house or a shop looking for wine. He reached his hand out to look for it and touched wine. In such a case, the wine is prohibited because his intention was to find wine. Therefore, this isn’t considered touching unintentionally.
