Baba Metzia 8:9-9:1

Baba Metzia 8:9

If one person rented a house to another and it collapsed, the landlord must provide the tenant with another house. If the first house was small, he may not replace it with a large house, nor vice versa. If it was one house, he may not replace it with two houses, nor vice versa. He may not increase or decrease the number of windows unless the tenant agrees.

Baba Metzia 9:1

If one person received a field from another (such as a sharecropper, a renter, etc.), the tenant must follow the accepted local practices when it comes to reaping, plucking and plowing after the harvest; the tenant must perform whatever labors are locally accepted. Just as the two parties share the grain, they must also share the straw and the stubble (i.e., in the same percentages). Just as they share the wine, they must also share the branches and reeds. Both parties must jointly buy new reeds.
