2,395. Handling a Bottle of Wine

Maachalos Assuros 12:2

If the idolator took a vessel of wine, raised it and poured it out, the wine is rendered prohibited even though he didn’t shake it because the wine moved as a result of his efforts. If he raised the container but didn’t shake or touch it, it remains permitted.

Maachalos Assuros 12:3

If a non-Jew held a vessel on the ground and a Jew poured wine into it, the wine remains permitted. If the non-Jew shakes the container, the wine is rendered prohibited.
