Avodah Zarah 4:2-3

Avodah Zara 4:2

If a person found money, clothes or utensils on the head of a Mercury statue, they are permitted (because they are not decorations for the idol). If one found clusters of grapes, stalks of grain, wine, oil, fine flour or anything else that might be offered on the altar, it is prohibited.

Avodah Zara 4:3

If a house of idolatry had a garden or bathhouse, one may benefit from it for free but not for a fee (because that benefits the service of idolatry). If the garden or the bathhouse belonged jointly to the house of idolatry and to other parties, one may benefit from it both for free and for a fee.
