2,314. Combining Prohibited Substances
Maachalos Assuros 4:15
If one slaughters a critically ill animal at night and he doesn’t know whether or not it convulsed, it’s prohibited because it might be a neveila.
Maachalos Assuros 4:16
The various things prohibited by the Torah don’t combined to form a measure for which one would be liable except for the prohibitions of a nazir, as will be explained IY"H in Hilchos Nazirus. Therefore, if a person takes minuscule amounts of prohibited fat, blood, meat from a non-kosher species, meat from a neveila, non-kosher fish, meat from a non-kosher bird, etc., then even if he makes an olive-sized portion from all of these and eats it, he isn’t liable to the penalty of lashes. Rather, he is treated as one who eats half the measure of something prohibited.
