Hilchos Maasei Hakarbanos 6:10

We will now discuss the number of kohanim who carry the limbs to the ramp of the altar. The next group of halachos discuss the burnt offering of a sheep, which is carried by six kohanim.

Hilchos Maasei Hakarbanos 6:11

The first kohein carries the head and the (right) foreleg. The head is carried in his right arm with the nose facing his forearm and the horns between his fingers. The point of slaughter faces upward, with the fat on top of it. The right foreleg is held in his left hand, the side where the skin was facing out.
