4,032. Blemishes of the Abdomen and Back

Hilchos Bias HaMikdash 8:9

There are three blemishes of the abdomen: (1) a swollen gut; (2) a navel that’s an “outtie” rather than an “innie”; (3) pectorals that stick out and rest on the stomach like a woman’s breasts.

Hilchos Bias HaMikdash 8:10

There are three blemishes of the back: (1) a crooked spine; (2) a vertebra that has slipped out, whether in, out or to the side. This is the term baal chatoteres of Bechoros 7:1; (3) kyphosis (i.e., a hump). Even though a vertebra has not slipped from its place, this is still considered a blemish.
