Hilchos Bias HaMikdash 8:11
There are six blemishes of the hands: (1) an extra finger, even if each hand is six-fingered (so that they match). If the extra finger is amputated, he may serve, but if it had a bone, he may not serve even if it’s amputated; (2) missing a fingers; (3) two fingers that are webbed until the joint. If they were separated to the joint, he may serve. The joint referred to is the first joint, i.e., the one closest to the palm; (4) fingers that are bent over one another; (5) a protrusion from the thumb; (6) being left-handed. If a kohein is ambidextrous, he may serve.
