180:7 If one person lends money to another on the condition that the sabbatical year will not cancel it, it is nevertheless canceled by the sabbatical year. However, if the lender makes a condition with the borrower that the borrower will not cancel the debt, then the debt is not canceled even if it were made in the sabbatical year itself. Similarly, if the contract says that one person is depositing money with the other, then the obligation to return it is not canceled by the sabbatical year.

180:8 If one person lends money to another for a period of several years and a sabbatical year intervenes before the loan comes due, the loan is not canceled because the lender couldn't have collected it any earlier.
