180:5 Let's say that one person is obligated to take an oath regarding whether or not he owes money to another person. If admitting that he owed the money would lead to the sabbatical year canceling the debt, then it also cancels the need for an oath.

180:6 Let's say that one person denies owing money to another and the case ends up in court, where it is determined that he does indeed owe the money. The court will write their judgment and give it to the lender. The sabbatical year will not cancel the borrower's obligation to repay this debt.
