Hilchos Nezirus 9:1

Let’s say that someone put aside money for nezirus offerings, the offerings were brought, and money was left over. In such a case, he must use the surplus to provide offerings for other nazirs. If he put money aside for his own nezirus offering but he didn’t specify towards which offering it was intended and there was money left over, the surplus is used for freewill offerings.

Hilchos Nezirus 9:2

If someone puts money aside earmarked for specific uses in his nezirus offering and there was money left over, the surplus from the money designated for the burnt offering is used for a burnt offering. The surplus from the money designated for the sin offering is brought to the Dead Sea (i.e., destroyed). The surplus from the money designated for the peace offering is used for a peace offering. This offering doesn’t require bread (as the peace offering of a nazir does) and it may be eaten for one day (rather than two).
