Niddah 6:5

Whatever is obligated in tithes is susceptible to food impurity but some things are susceptible to food impurity without being obligated in tithes.

Niddah 6:6

Whatever is obligated in peah (the corners of a field) is obligated in tithes but some things are obligated in tithes without being obligated in peah.
