The blood of the bulls and goats that are burned was sprinkled as follows: seven times on the curtain that separates the Kodesh from the Kodesh HaKodashim and four times on the corners of the golden (incense) altar.

Regarding the blood put on the golden altar, upon entering the Heichal he stands between the altar and the Menorah, the altar being in front of him. He sprinkles the blood on the outside of the altar’s horns, starting in the northeast corner and proceeding northwest, southwest, and finally southeast.
