Necessary information: An isaron (a unit of dry measure) is almost three quarts; a hin (a unit of liquid measure) is a little more than a gallon.

A metzora (colloquially a “leper,” but not really) brings a libation of three esronim of flour for the three sheep of his sin offering, guilt offering and burnt offering. Our oral tradition teaches that they are brought because of his sacrifices: an isaron per sheep mixed with a quarter-hin of oil. A quarter-hin of wine is brought with each isaron as per the libation of all sheep. If someone brings a pilgas (a “tween” sheep, which ought not be offered), he brings it with the libations of a ram. However, he is still not considered to have fulfilled his obligation to bring an offering.

A hin is twelve log. The volume of a log and the other measures were already discussed in the laws of eiruvin. An isaron is the same as an omer, which is the volume of dough from which challah (meaning the portion for the kohanim) must be taken. This measure was already discussed vis-à-vis the rules of challah.
