Necessary information: An isaron (a unit of dry measure) is almost three quarts; a hin (a unit of liquid measure) is a little more than a gallon.

The measures of the libations are as follows: for a male or female sheep – an isaron of flour mixed with a quarter-hin of oil, plus a quarter-hin of wine for the wine libation. The same measures are also for the libations of a goat regardless of whether it’s small or large, male or female, and for even a large ewe. For a ram, however, the libation is two esronim of flour mixed with one-third of a hin of oil, plus one-third of a hin of wine. For male or female cattle and calves, the libation is three esronim of flour mixed with a half-hin of oil, plus a half-hin of wine.

These aforementioned measures apply to the libations of each animal of burnt offerings and peace offerings, as per Numbers 15:12: “According to the number that you prepare, so shall you prepare for each of their number.” We may not increase or decrease these measures, and if someone did so by even the smallest amount, he disqualifies the libation. The sole exception to these measures is the sheep brought as a burnt offering on the day that the omer is waved; its libation was two esronim of flour mixed with one-third of a hin of oil. Even though the volume of flour was doubled, the volume of wine was not; only quarter-hin was brought, as per usual.
