If someone steals an animal that was designated for someone else’s burnt offering and offers it without specification, it effects atonement for the rightful owner.

Flour offerings and libations may not be brought from untithed produce, from new produce before the omer is brought, or from a mixture of terumah and secular produce. It should go without saying that they may not be brought from orlah (the produce of the first three years, which is prohibited) or from mixed species grown together in a vineyard, as this would constitute a mitzvah fulfilled by way of a sin, which is something God hates. If one brought such a thing, it is not sanctified to be fit for an offering, but it is sanctified to be disqualified for secular use, the same as other consecrated things that are rendered unfit.
