There is no blemish greater than an animal being of indeterminate gender or having both sets of genitals, but such animals are unfit to be brought on the altar for a different reason: Since there is a doubt as to whether they’re male or female, they’re considered to be something else, and offerings must be “a perfect male” (Leviticus 1:3, et al.) or “a perfect female” (Leviticus 4:32), meaning that they must clearly be either male or female. Therefore, even a bird of indeterminate gender or possessing both sets of genitals is unfit for the altar.

Similarly, a crossbred animal, one born via C-section and one that is underage are unfit to be used as offerings even if unblemished. This is derived from Leviticus 22:27: “An ox, a sheep or a goat” teaches that an animal must be of one species, not a cross between a sheep and a goat. “When it gives birth” excludes an animal born via C-section. “It shall remain seven days” excludes one that it is underage. “Alongside its mother” excludes an orphan, meaning an animal that was born after its mother was slaughtered.
