3,930. The Kohein Gadol's Priority
Hilchos Klei HaMikdash 5:11
When the Kohein Gadol enters the Heichal to bow down, he is supported by three people: one to his right, one to his left and one holding the jewels of the ephod behind him. The Kohein Gadol then enters the Heichal and bows down. When the Deputy Kohein Gadol hears the Kohein Gadol departing, he raises the curtain (to the entry hall). After the Kohein Gadol leaves, the other kohanim enter, bow down and exit.
Hilchos Klei HaMikdash 5:12
The Kohein Gadol could offer the incense any day he liked, and he receives the first portion of any Temple sacrifice. For example, he could claim a particular sin offering or guilt offering. He doesn’t participate in the lotteries to see who would perform the different jobs; rather, if he wanted to offer a sacrifice, he could offer any one he wished. When it comes to the consecrated produce of Israel (e.g., terumah), he is like any other kohein.
