Hilchos Maaser Sheini and Neta Revai 10:21
Similar to the case in the previous halacha, it is not permitted to graft underdeveloped clusters of orlah dates because they’re considered fruit. If someone violated the law and did so, the fruit is permitted. This is because when something has two causes, one that is prohibited and one that is permitted, the resulting item is permitted. Therefore, something that grows from orlah fruit is permitted because its growth was caused by the fruit - which is prohibited - plus the ground, which is permitted.
Hilchos Maaser Sheini and Neta Revai 11:1
There is an obligation to make a particular declaration before Hashem after taking care of all the agricultural gifts. This is called “the tithe confession.”
